Terms and Conditions
Your entry into the Vegeta Catch-A-Thief Competition (“the competition”) is deemed acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter the competition and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Who Can Enter
The competition is open to Australia and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees and immediate families of Podravka International Pty Ltd (“the promoter”), Adcorp, OrigamiGlobe and any other associated agencies are not eligible to enter the competition. Immediate family includes: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (including by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
By entering the competition you warrant that you meet the entry requirements detailed in the Terms and Conditions and accept all conditions therein.
The promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed by the promoter to have breached any of the competition Terms and Conditions or engaged in unlawful or improper misconduct compromising the fair and just running of the promotion.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or individual entering the competition at any time.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the competition. Purchases do not increase your chances of winning the competition.
How to Enter
The competition commences on Friday 9 June 2017 at 05:00 PM (AEST) and closes on Thursday 31 August 2017 at 11:59 PM (AEST) (“the competition period”).
Entries must be received within the competition period.

Multiple entries into the major prize draw are permitted, subject to each entry being submitted separately for each video episode and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
A maximum of four (4) entries into the major prize draw per email address is permitted in total.
Multiple entries on the same video using the same email address will be deemed ineligible and will be disqualified.
One (1) entry into the minor prize draw will be awarded for sharing the competition via Facebook subject to each entry being submitted separately for each video episode and subject to each entry being in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. A maximum of one (1) entry into each of the four (4) minor prize draws per person is permitted in total.
Late, incomplete, indecipherable, discriminatory or otherwise offensive entries will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified.
The Prize
There are five (5) total prizes to be won in the competition; one (1) major prize (“major prize”) and four (4) minor prizes (“minor prizes”), collectively referred to as (“the prizes”).
The major prize is one (1) $10,000 AUD (or NZD equivalent at the exchange rate at time of the prize draw) cash prize, to be transferred to a valid bank account in Australia or New Zealand, or provided as a pre-paid card. Under no circumstances will the major prize be provided as cash.
The minor prizes are valued at $2,000 AUD (or NZD equivalent at the exchange rate at time of the prize draw) total and comprise of four (4) cash prizes of $500 AUD (or NZD equivalent at the exchange rate at time of the prize draw) each to be awarded in four separate draws to four unique, individual eligible winners. Minor prizes will be transferred to a valid bank account in Australia or New Zealand, or provided as pre-paid cards. Under no circumstances will the minor prizes be provided as cash.
Entrants are permitted to enter each and every minor prize draw, however entrants are not permitted to win more than one (1) minor prize. If an entrant wins a minor prize, they are still eligible to win the major prize but will not be eligible to win additional minor prizes.
Additional costs and any other ancillary cost resulting from acceptance of the prizes, that are not stated as inclusions are not included as part of the prizes, are the responsibility of the prize winner.
The total prize pool is valued at $12,000 AUD (or NZD equivalent at the exchange rate at time of the prize draw). The prize or any portion thereof, is not transferrable, not exchangeable and not substitutable, unless otherwise stated or agreed by the promoter. No compensation will be offered if the prize winner is unable to take the prizes as stated.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value in accordance with licensing and state regulations. The Prize Draw and Judging Process
Each prize draw (“prize draw”) will take place at OrigamiGlobe HQ, Gerald Avenue, Clontarf QLD Australia.
There will be five (5) prize draws in total:
One (1) minor prize draw on Friday 30th June 2017 at 11:00 AM (AEST)
One (1) minor prize draw on Friday 21st July 2017 at 11:00 AM (AEST)
One (1) minor prize draw on Friday 11th August 2017 at 11:00 AM (AEST)
One (1) minor prize draw on Friday 1st September 2017 at 11:00 AM (AEST)
One (1) major prize draw on Friday 1st September 2017 at 11:00 AM (AEST)
The first valid entry to be drawn by random, computer-generated selection will be deemed the winner of each draw (“prize winner”) subject to that entrant meeting the Terms and Conditions.
In order to be eligible to win a minor prize, the qualifying Facebook post needs to be clearly visible on your page or profile. Please note that your page or profile will need to be set to ‘public’ to be eligible to win.
All prize winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw date. Upon acceptance of the prizes, the prize winner's name will be published on the competition website (https:// unlockyoursecretingredient.com), Facebook Page (
https://www.facebook.com/VegetaAustralia/) and Instagram Page (
https://www.instagram.com/vegeta_australia/).
The prize must be claimed by the prize winner within five (5) days of being notified.
If for any reason, the prize winner does not claim their prize within the specified period, or the prize winner is ineligible to win under the Terms and Conditions, the prizes will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries to determine a valid prize winner. This process shall continue until the prizes have been awarded.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Please note that third party Terms and Conditions may apply with regards to redemption of the prizes.
General Rules
The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to follow the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions, or any entrant who makes any misrepresentation relating to the competition or drawing and redemption of the prizes.
The sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, malfunctions, problems with or damage to equipment (including but not limited to wireless devices, websites, wireless networks, servers, computer hardware or software) during the competition or as a result of you participating in the competition.
The sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the competition should any attempt be made to deliberately undermine, damage or destroy the competition. In the event of such an occurrence, the sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This competition is governed by the laws of Australia and New Zealand. All federal and local laws and regulations apply. Liability and Release
Your entry into the competition, confirms that you own all necessary rights to provide the intellectual property constituting your entry.
By accepting the prizes, you consent to your name being published as a valid prize winner.
As a condition of entering the competition, you hereby grant the promoter, the supplier and their affiliates irrevocable, royalty-free rights to reproduce, modify and republish any material created as a result of entry into the competition, including but not limited to your competition entry, photographs, sound recordings and video recordings and acknowledge you will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
By participating in the competition, all entrants release from any liability the promoter, the prize suppliers and their affiliates from any legal claims, demands, damages and action as a result of any injury, loss or damage as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prizes.

Any personal information submitted to the promoters will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act. The promoter reserves the right to disclose personal information of entrants to the supplier and its affiliates assisting with the running of the competition.
Personal information collected during the competition period may be used for direct marketing purposes.
