8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be currently out of work/unemployed and actively seeking employment.
c) Entrants must know of no reason why they may not be employed (ie physical, legal or otherwise).
d) Entrants must ensure that all information provided as part of this competition is accurate, complete and not misleading.
e) Entrants agree to be contacted by potential employers and expressly consent to the Promoter providing their nominated contact details for this purpose. Entrants acknowledge that any correspondence with potential employers is at their discretion and the Promoter takes no responsibility for such correspondence.
9. How to enter
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form by providing their contact details and by telling us in 50 words or less what work they are looking for, what they are qualified in and any other information they deem useful to prospective employers
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select 1 entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries. The Station will then contact the relevant entrant to invite them to record a 30 second CV with them; and
(c) if the 30 second CV is played on air, they will be deemed the
winner for that day.
One entry during Competition Period
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, suitability for radio, appeal to the announcers, professionalism, skills and creativity
There are up to 20 prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: 30 second recordings played on air to promote themselves to potential employers listening [valued at up to $900 + GSTUp to $18,000 inc GST
Winners will be notified via telephone
