Terms & Conditions - Win a Perth Airport Meal Voucher
General
1. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements or online entry pages for the Competition form part of the conditions of entry.
2. Participation in the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The promoter is Perth Airport Pty Ltd, Level 2, 2 George Wiencke Drive, Perth Airport, WA 6105.
4. Entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
5. An Entry that does not, in the Perth Airport Pty Ltd opinion, comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
6. All entries become the property of Perth Airport Pty Ltd.
7. Perth Airport Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition (including altering the Prize) if, in the Perth Airport Pty Ltd sole discretion, a Competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
Eligibility
9. Only Eligible Entrants can enter the Competition.
10. An Eligible Entrant is:
(i) a natural person, aged 18 or older;
(ii) a Western Australia resident;who is not:
(iii) entering the Competition on behalf of another person;
(iv) an employee, director or management of Perth Airport Pty Ltd;
(v) an immediate family member of an employee, director or management of Perth Airport Pty Ltd, including a spouse, child, parent or sibling;
(vi) an employee of a related entity to Perth Airport Pty Ltd;
(vii) a consultant, or an employee of a consultant, engaged by Perth Airport Pty Ltd to deliver the Competition.
11. Entry is open to Eligible Entrants who have completed all required information and selections in the online form. These are First name; Last name; Email; Contact number (to contact the winner only); Acceptance of being a Western Australia resident aged 18 years of age or older; and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Competition duration
12. The Competition will commence 9.00am AWST on Wednesday 14 June 2017 (Commencement Date).
13. Entries for this Competition will close at 23.59pm AWST on Wednesday 28 June 2017 (Closing Date).
14. No late entries will be eligible to enter the Competition.
Entry method
15.Eligible Entrants can enter by completing an online entry form available at perthairport.com.au/win. Entrants must complete all required information and selections in the online form and this must be received by Perth Airport Pty Ltd before the Closing Date to be automatically entered into the draw of the Competition.
17. Perth Airport Pty Ltd is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected Entries, or for any technical difficulties or unavailability of any Entry Method during the Competition period.
18. An attempt to enter the Competition not strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be a ‘Non-Conforming Entry’.
19. Perth Airport Pty Ltd has no obligation whatsoever (at law or otherwise) in respect of Non-Conforming Entries.
20. Perth Airport Pty Ltd may, at any time, take whatever action it considers necessary to verify the validity of Entries or determine whether Entries are Non-Conforming Entries.
21. Perth Airport Pty Ltd may disqualify any Entry, which in Perth Airport Pty Ltd’s absolute discretion:
(i) is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(ii) is incomplete or indecipherable;
(iii) is made by an entrant who tampers, or attempts to tamper, with the Entry process;
(iv) is made in pursuit of an unlawful or other improper purpose; or
(v) is made to jeopardise, or attempt to jeopardise, the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
22. If Perth Airport Pty Ltd disqualifies an Entry, then that Entry will be a Non-Conforming Entry.
Prize details & conditions
23. One (1) Prize of up to $100 meal voucher will be awarded to ten (10) eligible Winners of the Competition (total $1,000).
24. Each voucher to be redeemed in full at any one of the below participating bars and restaurants at the T1 International Terminal at Perth Airport. The voucher cannot be split between outlets. Part payments are not accepted.

25. Each voucher is non-transferable, not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher is valid for use until 31 December 2017. Voucher can only be redeemed at Perth Airport's T1 International Terminal.
26. The Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable for cash, substitute Prizes, or other goods or services.
27. All other costs and expenses associated with the Prize, beyond the specified Prize components, will be the responsibility of the Winner. The Winner is not entitled to any compensation if the Winner is unable to use all or any part of the Prize for whatever reason.
28. Each Winner will be responsible for any and all taxes incurred in relation to the receipt of the Prize.
29. If the winner is not based in Perth, WA it is the responsibility of the winner to arrange and pay for travel to Perth, WA.
30. If the winner is not an Australian citizen it is the responsibility of the winner to arrange any necessary Visas.
31. The Prize is subject to availability and all other relevant Terms and Conditions.
32. Perth Airport Pty Ltd may request that the Winner provide proof of identity, age, and proof of residency as a condition of receipt of the Prize.
33. If the Prize, or any part of the Prize, becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Perth Airport Pty Ltd’s control, Perth Airport Pty Ltd may at its absolute discretion substitute a different Prize in place of any Prize referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
Draw details
34. The Winners of the Competition will be randomly drawn from all valid Entries.
35. The Winners will be drawn at 4pm AWST on Thursday 29 June 2017 at Level 2, 2 George Wiencke Drive, Perth Airport, WA 6105.
36. The judge's decision will at all times be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner notification
37. The Winners will be identified by the email address provided on the entry page and notified by email, or a phone call followed by an email confirmation.
38. Perth Airport Pty Ltd will notify the Winners of their successful entry by phone or email within 7 days of the closing date.
39. Within 7 days of the notification being given to the Winner, the Winner will be required to respond to Perth Airport Pty Ltd as instructed in the email notification. If Perth Airport Pty Ltd has not received suitable contact from a Winner within 7 days, or the Winner failed to provide the correct contact details with the Entry, they are deemed ineligible for the Prize.
40. The Prize draw process and Winner notifications will then be repeated until an eligible Winner is confirmed.
41. Vouchers will be emailed to the winners confirmed email address or posted if nominated by the winners.
Publicity
42. It is a condition of entry that Perth Airport Pty Ltd has the right to publicise the Winners for any promotion or matter incidental to the Competition, if required.
43. The Winners agree to participate in any news or media activity surrounding the Competition and the publication of their name, photograph and Entry on Perth Airport’s website, social media sites and other Perth Airport Pty Ltd marketing material.
Indemnity & disclaimer
44. All entrants release and indemnifyPerth Airport Pty Ltd and all of its related companies and personnel, from and against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in the Competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
45. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to entrant’s participation in the Competition, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
46. Neither Perth Airport Pty Ltd nor any of its related companies or personnel, will be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any Prize is not provided.
47. Neither Perth Airport Pty Ltd nor any of its related companies or personnel, will be liable to any person for any loss or damage sustained or incurred if, for any reason, the Competition is suspended, varied or terminated at any time, with or without prior warning or publicity.
48. Neither Perth Airport Pty Ltd nor any of its related companies or personnel, will be liable to any person for any loss or damage sustained or incurred arising from late, lost or misdirected entries.
49. Neither Perth Airport Pty Ltd nor any of its related companies or personnel, will be liable to any person for any loss or damage sustained or incurred arising from any change in the value of a Prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the Prize is claimed.
Reserved rights
50. Perth Airport Pty Ltd reserves the right to exclude any person from this Competition for any reason whatsoever.
51. In all matters, all decisions of Perth Airport Pty Ltd will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
52. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Perth Airport Pty Ltd which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, Perth Airport Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process. Perth Airport Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
