Escape Travel Ocean Keys “Escape the Winter Chill” Competition
The Promoter
1. The Promoter is Flight Centre Travel Group trading as Escape Travel ABN 25 003 377 188 ACN 003 377 188. Head Office,
Level 2, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
2. The Promoter is working in partnership with AMP Capital Investors Limited trading as Ocean Keys Shopping Centre ABN 001
777 591. 36 Ocean Keys Boulevard Clarkson, WA 6030.
Conditions of Entry
3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance
of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
4. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner.
5. Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group and Ocean Keys Shopping Centre and their immediate families are not permitted to
enter.
Duration of Promotional Period
6. The competition commences at 09.00am AWST on Monday 03 July 2017
7. The competition closes at 5:00pm AWST on Sunday 16 July 2017
How to Enter
8. Eligible entrants can enter the promotion in the following way.
a) Customers must spend $50 or more at a retailer in Ocean Keys Shopping Centre to enter.
b) Customers enter via an iPad located at a display near the Information Desk in centre.
c) Customers must complete all the required fields on the competition entry page to be considered for the prize draw.
9. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be
considered final by The Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed
invalid. Entries must be received by The Promoter during the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
late, lost or misdirected entries.
10. Receipts can be combined to meet the minimum spend requirement.
11. Receipts must be dated during the promotional period to be valid.
12. Staff and retailers of the Flight Centre Travel Group and Ocean Keys Shopping Centre and their families are eligible to enter the
promotion but they must not submit a receipt from their place of work.
13. Customers may only enter once per day per email address, regardless of the spend.
14. Receipts from bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, ATM or bank transactions, bank fees and charges, service
bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills), cash advances/withdrawals, account charges, government fees and
interest charges are not accepted as part of the campaign.
15. Receipts from tobacco, fuel, lotto and TAB will not be accepted
16. Soliciting for receipts from customers within the centre and surrounding areas is prohibited.
17. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Websites remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on
the Internet Service Provider used.
Draw Details
18. The prize draw will take place at Centre Management Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, 36 Ocean Keys Boulevard Clarkson 6030
on Monday 17 July 2017 at 9:00am AWST for both the Major Prize and the Runner-Up Prize Draw.
19. The prize winners need not be present at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
20. The prize winners will be notified and informed of their winning entry the next business day, Tuesday 18 July 2017. Once the
prize winners have accepted their prize, the details of the prize winners will be announced on the Ocean Keys Shopping Centre
Facebook page.
21. The prize winners will need to collect their prize from Escape Travel Ocean Keys before Monday 14 August, otherwise the
prize/s will be forfeited and a re-draw will occur for selection of another prize winner.
Prize Details
22. The Major prize winner will have until June 30 2018 to use the prize. Blackout dates for travel 20Sep17 – 12 Oct17, 3Dec17 -
3Feb18, 26Mar18 – 3Apr18,10Apr18 – 2 May18, 26Jun18 – 18Jul18. Any bookings requested to be made with in these
Blackout periods are subject to supplier’s approval and co-contributions will be required at a minimum of 150AUD per person.
23. If the Major prize winner is not able to complete all travel by 30 June 2018 the value of all prizes associated with the completion
will be returned to The Promoter, Escape Travel Ocean Keys.
24. Winners must take the prizes as offered. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for
cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
25. The prizes and booking of the prizes are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of The Promoter.
26. The Prize Winners must provide suitable identification to the Promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
Major Prize Details
27. The Major Prize consists of:
a) 4 nights’ accommodation at the Holiday Inn Baruna 4.5 Star in Bali Indonesia in a family room*.
b) Return flights to Bali Indonesia for two (2) Adults* and two (2) children*. The choice of airline will be at the discretion
of Escape Travel Ocean Keys and will be non-negotiable.
c) Included in the fares is one (1) 20kg of luggage per adult traveler for a maximum of two (2) Adults.
d) Three Hundred Dollars ($300AUD) spending money in Indonesian Rupiah.
28. Family room refers to a single room with sleeping requirements for two (2) Adults* and two (2) Children*. The choice of room
will be at the discretion of Escape Travel Ocean Keys. Due to the nature of the accommodation being designed for two (2)
Adults* and two (2) Children* under the age off 11yrs in the event of four (4) Adults* travelling the prize winner is responsible for
the purchase of another room type of equal to or great value of the original room type.
29. *Adult/s refers to any person aged 18 years or over at the time of travel. Children/Child refers to any person under the age of 11
years at the time of travel.
30. In the event of only two adults the difference of two children will not be redeemable.
31. Total Major Prize Value is $3600AUD.
Runner-Up Prize Details
32. The Runner-Up Prizes include two (2) Key to the World re-loadable cash cards to the equivalent of One Hundred Dollars per reloadable
cash card ($100AUD each). Each Key to the World re-loadable cash card will be offered in a foreign currency of the
winner’s choice. There are some currencies that cannot be loaded on to the Key to the World re-loadable cash cards and
therefore will not be offered.
33. Total Runner-Up Prize Value is $200AUD.
Publicity materials
34. By entering into this promotion, entrants accept that a picture, along with the winner’s name and suburb of residence, may be
requested for promotional and marketing purposes.
Release and indemnity
35. To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a) inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
b) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are
received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as
directed in the entry instructions;
c) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online
systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any
website;
e) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic)
loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by The Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection
with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where
applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or
resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
36. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during prize winnings. The Major Prize Winner, and his or her
guests, must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by The Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition
of a prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being
forfeited and the selection of another Prize Winner.
37. This condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under
applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of The Promoter or its servant or agents
for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
Privacy and Collection Notice
38. Promoter and its affiliates (“we”) collect your personal information directly from you wherever practicable. We may collect
personal information from our related companies or other third parties.
39. When competition entrants subscribe to The Promoter’s email newsletter they are agreeing to receive email marketing. In the
event that entrants decide to opt out of receiving information on promotions, services and market research provided by The
Promoter they can email

40. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable The Promoter to administer and promote this competition. The
prize winner and their guest may be used to market The Promoter’s services to the entrant. The personal information of the
entrants will be held and used in accordance with The Promoter’s privacy policy which is available
http://www.escapetravel.com.au/privacy-policy . The personal information of winners may be provided to others assisting,
including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition. If an entrant does not truthfully provide
all requested personal information, The Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize.
41. We may disclose your personal information, including updates, to the third parties, including affiliate retailers in shopping
centres where you are a member of our clubs (for marketing purposes), our consultants, agents or contractors, and our related
parties, entities and trusts.
42. The Ocean Keys Shopping Centre Privacy Policy sets out how you can access and make a request to correct your personal
information we may hold about you, or to make a privacy complaint, and how we will deal with the complaint. For information on

43. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, this Promotion at any time without liability to any entrant or other
person, subject to applicable laws.
Decisions final
44. The Promoter, at its sole discretion, may accept entries with errors and omissions.
45. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the
identity of the Entrant.
46. The Promoter’s decision relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the prizes is final and no discussions or
correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into
