Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia.
Entrants can enter once per week during the Contesting Period.
To enter, entrants must during the Contesting Period:
1. Call the Ben & Jerry’s Battler Hotline on 1300 337 787.
2. Leave a voicemail message with their full name, phone number, date of birth and their ‘battler’ moment and why they deserve a year’s supply of ice cream.
At the end of each week during the Contesting Period, the Promoter will judge all valid entries received during that week of the Contesting Period, to determine one (1) winner. Non-winning entries do not roll over to subsequent judging. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.
There will be four (4) winners determined in total in the Promotion.
All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, originality and suitability or as otherwise specified.

A Year’s Supply of Ice Cream from Ben & Jerry’s, which consists of:
48 pints of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream (24 pints at the time of winning and a further 24 pints after 6 months); and
Use of a Ben & Jerry’s branded freezer for 12 months (freezer can hold up to 24 pints).
Prize subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider. Prize winners’ details may be provided to a Prize Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment.

Winners will be notified via phone and in writing within five (5) working days of being determined.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method
