a) Purchase any product from the Libra range from any Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store in Australia or via the Priceline online store at
www.priceline.com.au;b) Visit
www.priceline.com.au/libra, input the requested details (including their full name, date of birth, telephone number, residential address, and valid email address);
c) submit the fully completed online entry form;
d) retain the original copy of their Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy store or Priceline online store purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:Only one entry permitted per product purchase;
Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements;
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
