This offer is open to all Australian residents who are Priceline Sister Club members. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
The competition commences on Thursday 22nd June 2017 at 7.00 am and concludes on Thursday 31st August 2017 at 11.59 pm (Promotional Period). All times are AEST.
How to enter
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a. purchase any Samantha Jade For Models Prefer product from a Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store in Australia or via the Priceline online store at
www.priceline.com.au;b. visit
www.priceline.com.au/samanthajadecompetition, input the requested details (including full name, date of birth, telephone number, residential address, Priceline Sister Club card number and valid email address) and answer in 25 word or less “I’ll need Samantha Jade For Models Prefer for my trip to London because…”
c. submit the fully completed online entry form;
d. retain the original copy of their Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy store or Priceline online store purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
The judging will take place at Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Road, Camberwell VIC 3124 on Tuesday 5th September at 11.00am AEST.
The winning entry will be judged on creativity and originality and is subject to the discretion of the judging panel.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) working days of their entry being chosen, and name of the winner will be published on
www.priceline.com.au.
If the prize is not claimed by 9:00 am AEST on 14th September 2017 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at 11.00 am AEST on 15th September 2017 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
If the rejudged prize is not claimed by 25th September 2017 the prize will be forfeited.
The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on merit. No correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
The prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to London, United Kingdom which includes:
a. Two (2) return economy airfares [KB1] from the winner’s nearest capital city in Australia to London (up to a maximum value of $6,000)
b. Five (5) nights’ accommodation in London [KB2] in 4-star accommodation in one (1) twin share room (up to a maximum value of $2,500).
c. Travel insurance for two (2) (up to a maximum value of $240).
d. Airport transfers for two (2) to and from the accommodation in London (up to a maximum value of $300).
e. $1,000 AUD spending money as a pre-paid debit card[KB3]
The total prize value of the promotion is approximately $10,040[KB4]
Prize must be taken between before 25th September 2018 and is subject to booking and flight availability. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and his/her travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry is assigned to the Promoter without remuneration or compensation. Entrant may be required to sign further documentation to give effect to this arrangement as a condition of being awarded the prize. To the extent permitted by law, entrants waive any moral rights in their entry.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, entry and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
