Brisbane may be cooling down with the begining of Winter now swiftly upon us, but the Summer never ends at DFO Jindalee. And to show the weather that Summer is forever, DFO Jindalee is giving away three Jet Skis! NOT ONE, BUT THREE!
Over the next few months, three lucky winners will be chosen from the masses to take home a brand new 2017 Seadoo Spark 2Up on Trailer, valued at $8,950! The prize includes warranty, tie down straps plus 12 months registration. As well as this, there are three $500 DFO Jindalee Gift Vouchers, and three $100 retailer Gift Vouchers from Nike, Adidas and Puma up for grabs.
To enter, simply spend $50 in store in one transaction at any of our retailers and place your entry form in one of the three barrels located throughout the centre. Entry points are located at:

Jet Ski Competition (“Promotion”)
Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”)
1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All entry instructions and
Prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. This Promotion is held at DFO Jindalee DFO Jindalee of 16 Amazons Place, Jindalee, QLD 4074
(‘Centre').
3. This Promotion is being undertaken by The Strickland Family Trust trading as Strictlymarketing
Pty Ltd (ABN 47 365 978 103) on behalf of and as agent for The Promoter is Chin Yin Pty Ltd
Jindalee DFO, 16 Amazon Place, Jindalee, QLD 4074, Australia, ACN 082 192 096. (“Promoter”).
(a) The Promotion commences on Saturday, 24 June 2017 at 10am and closes on Saturday, 30
September 2017 at 2pm.
4. To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
(a) Spend $50.00 AUD or more in one transaction at the DFO Jindalee
(b) Attach their receipt (or a copy of their receipt) to their entry form
(c) Complete all fields included on the entry form
(d) Place their entry form in one of the 3 entry boxes no later than 2pm on
September 30.
5. One entry per purchase receipt only.
6. Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy will be
invalid.
7. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older as at the time of entry into the Promotion.
8. Only residents of Australia may enter.
9. The total prize pool for this Promotion is valued at a maximum of AU$29,250.00 and consists of:
(a) Three (3) major prizes of 1 $8,950.00 Seadoo Jet Ski to a total value of
AU$26,850.00.
(b) Three (3) Runner-Up Prizes of $500 DFO Dollars to a total value of AU$1,500.00.
(c) Three (3) Runner-Up Prizes of $100 Retailer Gift Cards to a total value of
AU$300.00
10. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the
right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with another prize to the equal value and/or
specification.
11. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. Winners are determined at random.
13. The Prize(s) will be drawn at DFO Jindalee at Amazons Place, Jindalee, QLD 4074 after the
promotion has ended. (“Draw”). Prizes will be drawn each month as follows:
(a) Saturday, 29 July 2017 at 3pm - One (1) Jet Ski and $500 DFO Dollars
(b) Saturday, 26 August at 3pm - One (1) Jet Ski and $500 DFO Dollars
(c) Saturday, 30 September at 3pm - One (1) Jet Ski, $500 DFO Dollars and Three (3)
$100 Retailer Gift Cards
14. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 2 working days of the Draw
(“Winners”).
15. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to request Winners provide suitable identification
of proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize.
16. Winners’ details will be published on the DFO Jindalee Facebook Page once the winners have
been successfully notified.
17. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name
and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
18. The Jet Ski prizes will be available for collection by the winners from the Centre Management
Office after the promotion has ended, no sooner than from October 1, 2017. DFO Dollars and
Retailer Gift Card winners are to be collected within three months of the draw.
19. The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at the Centre three months after the Draw
with permission of the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing.
20. The gift card prizes are valid until credit expires or date of expiry on gift card. Any prizes that are
not redeemed by this time and date will become null and void.
21. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for Prizes and reserves the right to
disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with. Errors and omissions
may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
23. The Promoter is not responsible if the value of the Prizes changes between the date of
publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded.
24. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if
(a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is
corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion
is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or
hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control.
25. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for:
(a) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the
course of administering this Promotion;
(b) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected
(whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(c) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant. Individuals should obtain
independent tax and financial advice; or
(d) taking of/participating in the Prize.
26. Any attempt to cause damage to any website or the information on any website associated with
this promotion or to otherwise undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this promotion
may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The promoter reserves the right to seek damages to
the fullest extent permitted by law in the event that any such attempt is made, whether or not
that attempt results in any such damage, interference or undermining.
27. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from
and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have
against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss)
suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
28. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the
Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
29. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the
Promoter, the Franchisee and/or the Franchisor for the purpose of conducting this Promotion
and notifying the Winner. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the
Franchisee. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that
office. The Privacy Policy may be obtained at any Franchised Store.
30. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to comply with Facebook’s terms of use policies.
Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to
Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints about this Promotion must be directed to the
Promoter and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal
injury which is suffered or sustained by an Eligible Entrant, as a result of participating in this
Promotion (including taking/use of a Prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
31. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter and Chin
Yin Pty Ltd and their related bodies corporate and contractors, and any other organisations
associated with this Promotion including staff working in tenancies owned by Chin Yin Pty Ltd
are ineligible to enter.
32. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and each party submits to
the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
