Entry is open to residents of Queensland who are 18 years and over Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies, sponsorship partners and venues/outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 12.00 EST on 03/07/17 and closes at 23.59 EST on 23/07/17 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter, participants who are not XXXX database members must:
i. Visit

ii. fully complete all sections of the online entry form (including first name, last name, address, date of birth, email address and mobile number);

iv. submit the online entry form during the Promotional Period to enter into the promotion.
OR, participants who are already XXXX database members must:
v. open the July 2017 electronic newsletter launching the promotion; and
vi. click on the corresponding link to enter the promotion during the Promotional Period.
5. Limit applies of one (1) entry per person.
6. A draw will take place for all valid entries at 12.00 EST on 24/07/17 at Traction Digital, Suite 1, Level 25, 66 Goulburn St, Sydney, NSW 2000. The first valid entry drawn will receive a prize.
7. Prize consists of a fishing experience with a XXXX Qld Maroons Coach Kev Walters for the winner and three (3) guests who are residents of Queensland aged 18 year and over on August 15th 2017, including:
(a) Fishing trip departing from Brisbane (RRP = $1,800);
(b) Transfer to and from the XXXX Brewery and Alehouse (RRP = $500);
(c) Refreshment during the fishing trip (RRP = $200);
(d) Casual BBQ Dinner include food and beverages (RRP = $500).
8. Winner and guests must travel together. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals, drinks, transfers and any and all other expenses not stated in clause 7 are the responsibility of the winner. There is one (1) prize to be won. Total RRP value of all prizes in the promotion = $3000.
9. The Prize is a single event trip for the winner and their guests and cannot be separated into separate trips or components. Before any prize is awarded, the winner and each of their guests will be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter from, and indemnify the Promoter against, any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or participation in the prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter.
10. In participating in this promotion entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant acknowledges that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, and to the extent permitted by law, releases Facebook from any and all liability in relation to this promotion. Any queries, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook.
11. Winners will be notified by email within two (2) days of the draw. Winners must accept the prize by 10.00 EST at 27/07/2017 by return email.
12. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held at 12.00 EST on 27/07/17 at the same place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Second chance draw winners will be notified by email within two (2) days of the draw.
13. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the promotion whether as a result of:
(a) technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or
(b) acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the Promoter's servants or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion.
In the event of such problems or conduct, the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
15. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
17. The prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of other third party suppliers such as airlines, transport and accommodation providers ("Third Party Prize Suppliers"). The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of any Third Party Prize Suppliers or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law. 18. Third Party Suppliers will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter may refuse any requested changes, and will not accept any request made within 24 days of departure. If any requested change is accepted by the Promoter, change fees may be applicable.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter publishing their name and/or associated entry on the Promoter's website and associated social media pages including Facebook.
20. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
21. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, entry and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
22. Any personal property rights in entries are owned by the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion.
