9. How to enter Throughout the registration period, WSFM & GOLD listeners will be
encouraged to visit the dedicated “Win” competition page on their
respective station website, complete their details and tell us in 25 words
or less why they want to win tickets to see Culture Club.
All valid entries received will be judged by the Promoter based on the
criteria listed in item 12 below. The ten (10) entries deemed the ‘best’
from all entries received per market (as determined by the Promoter in
its absolute discretion) will be awarded the Prize.

12. Judging Criteria At the end of the promotional period WSFM & GOLD will judge entries
from all single entries received to win the prize/s based on their
originality and creativity of their entry.

13: Prize Details

There are up to ten [10] prizes per market to be won, as follows:
Prize: One [1] double pass to Culture Club in each state valued at
up to $310 (inc GST) – concert dates are as follows:
- Sydney: Friday 1st December at ICC Theatre Sydney
- Melbourne: Thursday 30th November at Rod Laver Arena
14: Total Prize Value Total maximum value of all prizes in NSW: $3100
Total maximum value of all prizes in VIC: $3100
TOTAL MAXIMUM VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $6,200
15: Draw process and judging The judging will take place at each station on Monday 17th July 2017 by
a representative from Australian Radio Network (Campaign Specialist).

16: Prize Claim and Delivery The prize/s will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail
17. Special conditions
The winner and their nominated guest must be over the age of 18 years.
The winner and their nominated guest must be able to attend the k.d
lang concert in their state on the concert dates listed above. No aspect
of the prize or tickets is able to be exchanged for alternative dates.
Please note that if a prize comprises tickets or attendance at any
function or event, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in
respect of the function or event. Should the function or event be
cancelled, postponed or otherwise varied, including but not limited to
by the substitution of the promoted performers, then the Promoter has
no responsibility to provide alternate or substitute tickets or to provide
any cash equivalent in substitute for the tickets.
