Shine Lawyers “WIN tickets to the next Eels Home Game” Parramatta Eels giveaway 2017.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the “WIN tickets to the next Eels Home Game” Parramatta Eels giveaway 2017 (“the Promotion”) offered by Shine Lawyers Pty Limited ACN 134 702 757 (“Shine Lawyers”). Information on how to enter the Promotion and all details of the prizes also form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Shine Lawyers recommends these Terms and Conditions be read in full.
The Promotion is subject to, and governed by, these Terms and Conditions and participation in the Promotion (including, but not limited to, lodging entries on the promoters website, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) is deemed to constitute an acknowledgement and acceptance of these Term and Conditions.
By entering into the Promotion you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Promotional Period:
The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 10th April 2017 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 3rd September 2017 (“the Promotional Period”).
Only entries that are received during the Promotional Period will be eligible for entry.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason beyond Shine Lawyers’ control, it reserves the right (subject to any applicable law), in its sole discretion, to cancel the Promotion.
Eligibility Requirements:
Subject to the below, entry into the Promotion is open to all permanent residents and citizens of Australia, aged 18 years or older who:
Visit the: Register to win tickets to the next Eels home game landing page, fill in all the required fields and click the submit button at the bottom of the page.
Current employees (full time, part time or casual) of Shine Lawyers (or any of its related entities) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Competition.
Entry Requirements:
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries, and those that are considered unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, sexually orientated, racially offensive or contain objectionable content or are otherwise inappropriate (“Invalid Entries”), will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. The determinations in this regard are at Shine Lawyers’ absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered into. Shine Lawyers also reserves the right to remove any Invalid Entry from the Facebook pages relating to the Promotion.
Shine Lawyers reserves the right to verify the validity of all entrants and entries, and further reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for submitting an entry that is not, in Shine Lawyers’ absolute discretion, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Shine Lawyers is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
As a condition of entering into this Promotion, each entrant agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to, being photographed and interviewed) and grants to Shine Lawyers a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use such footage and photographs and their entry in any media (including, but not limited to, banners, signage, posters, television, magazine, internet, MMS, DVD or other digital or print formats) for an unlimited time for any reason.
Judging:
The judging of the Competition will take place each Wednesday 4:00pm AEST leading into the corresponding Parramatta Eels home game, at the Promoters premises at Shine Lawyers’ office at 160 Ann Street, Brisbane.
The winners will be selected based on the creativity of their answer, as deemed by the Promoter.
Unlimited entries are allowed per person, but limited to one prize per person.
Judging will be performed by Shine Lawyers’ Marketing team, with the decision on the winner by the Brand Manager.
The judge’s decision is final and Shine Lawyers will not enter into any correspondence regarding the granting of the prizes or any other aspect of the Promotion.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize.
The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing, within (3) business days of the draw.
The Prize:
Each winner will receive:
Tickets to attend the upcoming Parramatta Eels Home Game at ANZ Stadium. (Provided however that Shine Lawyers reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if that prize is unavailable for any reason) (“the Prize”).
Any additional costs incurred in claiming and redeeming the Prizes (including, but not limited to travel, food and accommodation costs) are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferrable or exchangeable.
The value of the Prize is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier at the time of printing and Shine Lawyers accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
The winners will be required to present photo identification when they collect their Prize.
As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by Shine Lawyers in its absolute discretion, including, but not limited to, a legal release and indemnity form.
If the Prize remains unclaimed or the winner is unable to be contacted, and all reasonable methods of communication are unsuccessful, unclaimed prizes will be deemed forfeited by the relevant winner and a replacement winner may be nominated at the Promoters discretion.
Shine Lawyers does not take any responsibility if the Prize is lost, damaged or destroyed in transit.
The Promoter holds no responsibility for incorrect or insufficient details provided by the entrant. Should an entrant’s details change, it is the responsibility of the entrant to provide these details to the Promoter.
No Liability:
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to limit, exclude or modify) the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act or any other implied warranties under any consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Shine Lawyers (and each of its officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for, and are excluded from any liability (including negligence) for, any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition.
Other Terms and Conditions:
Shine Lawyers will collect, use and disclose personal information of entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy (detailed at shine.com.au). All entries become the property of Shine Lawyers and all entrants consent to Shine Lawyers using their personal information provided in connection with the Competition for the purposes of facilitating the Competition, advertising the winners and awarding the Prizes.
Shine Lawyers reserves the right to waive any of these Terms and Conditions at any time in its absolute discretion.
Failure by Shine Lawyers to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
