“Winter Cash Grab 2017”
THE PROMOTION “Winter Cash Grab”
1. Win one of 12 chances to grab a share of up to $5,000 Cash in 25 seconds (the Promotion) commences on
03/07/2017 at 7:00am and ends on 29/07/2017 at 9:00pm (the Promotion Period).
2. The Promoter is Greyhounds Entertainment, View Road Springvale, VIC 3171
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
3. In order to participate in the Promotion, Members must be aged 18 years and over who is a patron of
Greyhounds Entertainment, and has not been excluded (whether self-excluded or otherwise)
4. By entering and/or participating in the Promotion, each Eligible Participant agrees to abide by these Terms
and Conditions
5. To enter the Draw:
• Existing members will randomly receive an entry ticket from the Kiosk when they swipe their card
between 7am on 3rd July 2017 – 9pm on 29th July 2017. (Any entry ticket printed after 9pm on 29th
July 2017 will be invalid).
• The barrel will be available between 7am on Monday 3rd July 2017 for Members to place entries into.
• Members can purchase additional entry tickets from the “Showcase” on the Kiosk. One entry = 100
points
.
WEEKLY DRAW
6. 3 entries will be drawn at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 & 9pm on the following dates:
• Saturday 08/07/17
• Saturday 15/07/17
• Saturday 22/07/17
• Saturday 29/07/17
7. Members must be in the Venue at the time of the draw to be able to go into the Cash Booth.
8. After the 9pm draw each Saturday night, all entries will be removed from the barrel.
9. Draw times: 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm (3 entries to be drawn every hour = 12 entries)
10. The order of the drawn entries will determine the order in the Cash Booth.
11. Conditions of entry to all 12 drawn winners:
• Will have the chance to enter the Cash Booth and grab as many notes as possible within 25 seconds.
• Can only use their hands to grab as many notes as possible within 25 seconds
• Cannot insert notes inside their jumper, pockets or shirt during the 25 seconds inside the Cash Booth.
• Cannot grab notes from below their waist, above their shoulders or from off the wall of the Cash
Booth.
• Must wear supplied goggles when in Cash Booth
12. Winners will only collect the amount grabbed within the 25 seconds
13. At the end of each Cash Grab hour, the Cash Booth will be replenished for the next group as indicated within
the prize pool section.
14. Should the drawn winner be unwilling or unable to enter the Cash Booth, they may nominate a person of their
choosing to participate on their behalf. A nominated person is only eligible to enter the Cash Booth on behalf
of any Member once. If the nominated person has already been a winner in the Cash Booth they are unable
to be nominated as a Proxy.
15. If an entry is drawn and the winner or their proxy does not make themselves known to a staff member within 2
minutes of their name being announced over the PA system, a redraw will take place.
PRIZE POOL
16. Prize pool up to $5,000
• 12 x up to $5,000 inside the Cash Booth
Group 1: 1-3 will have the chance to share up to $2,000
Group 2: 4-6 will have the chance to share up to $3000
(including whatever is left in cash from Draw 1-3) (Top up $1000)
Group 3: 7-9 will have the chance to share up to $4,000
(including whatever is left in cash from Draw 4-6) (Top up $1000)
Group 4: 10-12 will have the chance to share up to $5,000
(including whatever is left in cash from Draw 7-9 )(Top up $1000)
• Cash will be in mixed denominations of Australian currency
• The Cash Booth will only be replenished at each hourly draw.
17. The winners will be able to collect the cash grabbed on the night of the draw
18. Cash Grab Winners names will be published on greyhoundsentertainment.com.au
19. The total potential prize pool is up to $5,000.00
INVALID DRAWS/ENTRIES
20. If the Promoter reasonably suspects that a drawn Entrant or Winner is not eligible, has breached these Terms
and Conditions, or has acted improperly to increase their chances of winning the Prize, the Promoter reserves
the right to refuse to award the Prize to that drawn Entrant or Winner and conduct a re-draw for the Prize that
the drawn Entrant or Winner would otherwise have won.
GENERAL
21. Information on the Prize and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the Prize (or any part of it) if there are any changes to
the law, which would or might render any aspect of the Promotion or the Prize unlawful. The Promoter
reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for an item or items of similar value.
24. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these Terms and Conditions make no provision or in
relation to which the relevant Terms and Conditions are unclear, the Promoter reserves the right to make a
decision regarding such situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such decision will be final
and binding.
25. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or
exchangeable. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
26. Directors, management and employees of the venue, their immediate families and any agencies associated
with the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
27. Participants in the Promotion and/or the Prize agree that their participation in the Promotion and/or the Prize is
at their own risk and, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any damage or loss
(including without limitation personal injury, loss and profits and loss of income) suffered by any person in
connection with any participation in the Promotion or the Prize.
28. The Promoter, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages,
injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion and/or the Prize,
except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of the
Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
29. Entry into the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry and is deemed
approval to use the Winners’ name(s) and photograph(s) for publicity purposes. The Promoter may at its
discretion refuse to award the Prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
30. The laws of the state of Victoria govern the Promotion.
31. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, and administer, the Promotion.
Without your personal information we cannot enter you in the Promotion. Subject to some exceptions allowed
by law, you may request access to your personal information while we store it. We will assess your request in
accordance with the law and tell you why if access is denied. A request to access, update or correct any
