Downloading the Offer constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Offer available only to Eligible Claimants. An Eligible Claimant is an individual who; (a) is an Australian resident aged 13 years or older at the time of downloading the Offer); (b) has a smart mobile device (capable of accessing both the internet and their nominated email account); excluding any: (i) employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations associated with the Offer; (ii) employee of Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd, ABN 68 076 594 119 (iii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iv) employee of participating retailers or their franchisees. Eligible Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further, the parent/guardian of the claimant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Offer commences at 00:01 hrs AEST on 28/06/2017 and ends at 23:59 hrs AEST on 11/08/2017 or when 250,000 digital vouchers containing the Offer have been downloaded, whichever occurs first ("Offer Period").
There is a total number of 250,000 digital vouchers containing the Offer.
Limit of ONE Offer per Eligible Claimant during the Offer period. The digital voucher containing the Offer will expire 5 (five) calendar days after the digital voucher is emailed to the Eligible Claimant.
The Offer must be accessed via the “Coca-Cola No Sugar voucher application” (“Application”) (accessible by visiting the mobile site by using a smart mobile device capable of accessing the internet).
Eligible Claimants must, during the Offer Period:
Visit the Application via Shazam, coca-cola.com.au or online;
Follow the prompts to the Application;
Select the store they wish to redeem their Coca-Cola No Sugar sample from (unless directed to a store specific landing page);
Confirm they are aged 13 or over;
Provide their nominated email address (accessible via their smart mobile device);
Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions; and
Submit the fully completed form.
Once an Eligible Claimant has submitted the form they will be sent an email (to the email address provided) with a link to the site where they can access and collect their voucher for the Offer (“Offer Email”).
The Offer entitles the Eligible Claimant to one (1) free sample of Coca-Cola No Sugar in a small cup from a Hungry Jack’s Restaurant in Australia. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or in a value meal at Hungry Jack’s.
To redeem the Offer, Eligible Claimants must use their smart mobile device to access their Offer Email. The Offer Email will contain a link which the Eligible Claimant must only access once they are at a Hungry Jack’s Restaurant. Once they click on the link they will be directed to a screen showing their voucher for their Offer (where they can select “Redeem Coupon” and view their voucher). Offer must be redeemed within 5 (five) days of receiving the voucher via email (expiry date noted on voucher page). As soon as the screen showing the voucher is activated and will show the current date and time based on the location of the Eligible Claimant, the Eligible Claimants will have a total of twelve (12) minutes to show the store staff member their screen to redeem their Offer. After twelve (12) minutes the voucher will disappear. If the Eligible Claimant does not show the store staff member the voucher screen within the allocated twelve (12) minutes, the Offer will be forfeited. The store staff member must sight the current date and time and view the timer counting down live for the voucher to be valid. Static vouchers or “screenshots” of the voucher screen will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for (a) Eligible Claimants who fail to show the store staff member the screen with reward voucher within twelve (12) minutes; or (b) any Eligible Claimants inability to access the screen showing the voucher as a result of their mobile device being incompatible or any other technical difficulty outside the Promoter’s control in redeeming the Offer.
Any cost associated with accessing the Application (including accessing the mobile site via a smart mobile device) is the individual’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and may render all Offer downloads by that individual invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Offer downloads and Eligible Claimants including an Eligible Claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Claimant who, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, does not comply with these conditions or who tampers with the Offer process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable redemptions will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Offer is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Offer.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any claimant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Offer; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Offer (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); (v) any Offer download that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (vi) any variation in Offer value to that stated in these conditions; (vii) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Claimant; or (viii) use of the Offer.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OFFER OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies and Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 68 076 594 119, Hungry Jack’s Restaurants and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Claimant in connection with the Offer, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
Eligible Claimants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Eligible Claimants’ personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Offer, and if an Eligible Claimant consents, may be used to market its products to the Eligible Claimant. The personal information of each Eligible Claimant may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Offer, including the Offer administrators. Persons may contact the Promoter by visiting
www.coca-cola.com.au to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter. If an Eligible Claimant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible for an Offer.
