This competition is being run by the Water Corporation of Western Australia (ABN 28 003 434 917) (Water Corporation).
The competition entrant is the entrant is the person registering for the paperless billing in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
This competition is for ten (10) $250.00 Coles Myer Gift cards each month for a period of four (4) consecutive months. For the avoidance of doubt, a total of forty (40) $250.00 Coles Myer Gift cards will be drawn over a period of four (4) consecutive months.
Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within the Water Corporation promotional advertisements for this competition form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into this competition is free.
This competition commences at 9.00am (AWST) 19/3/17 and closes at 11.59pm (AWST) 31/7/17.
To be eligible, entrants must:
at the time of entry, be 18 years of age or over; and
be the owner and occupier of a residential property within Western Australia, which is serviced by the Water Corporation (Property).
The entrant can only enter one and may only win one prize. Any duplicates will be rejected.
To be eligible to win, entrants must register for paperless billing by completing the paperless billing sign up form on the Water Corporation’s website between 9.01am (AWST) 19/3/17 and closes at 11.59pm (AWST) 31/7/17. For the purpose of verifying the entrant’s eligibility for this competition, each entrant will be required to provide various personal details including their full name, email address, the Property address, contact phone number/s. Any details entered incorrectly shall invalidate that entry. The Water Corporation reserves the right to accept, reject, or refuse an entry at any time.
The prize winner:
must fulfil the entry criteria set out in clause 6 above;
will be selected at random by the Water Corporation;
will be notified by email at the email address provided by the entrant in accordance with clause 10 above. No proxies will be accepted and the Water Corporation reserves the right to request the prize winner to provide proof of identity, to the satisfaction of Water Corporation;
agrees to participate in publicity or advertising, as requested by the Water Corporation, at no cost or expense to Water Corporation; and
agrees to have their name, profile image and competition entry published in association with this competition in both printed and digital publications as required by the Water Corporation.
Each prize:
consists of one (1) Coles Myer gift cards to the value of $250.00.
is not negotiable or redeemable for cash; and
will be drawn at random by the Water Corporation on the last working day of each month for a period of four (4) consecutive months.
The entries at the time of draw that are deemed not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
The Water Corporation may amend these Terms and Conditions of this competition at any time at its absolute sole discretion.
The Water Corporation’s decision regarding the prize winners will be final.
Employees1 (including contract and agency staff) of the Water Corporation and their immediate families2 are not eligible to enter to win any prize offered in this competition.
The Water Corporation will make all reasonable effort to locate each prize winner. If the Water Corporation is unable to locate a prize winner within thirty (30) days of the original prize draw, the Water Corporation will conduct a re-draw for any unclaimed prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The original prize winner will forfeit the prize draw and the winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified by mail and email within 14 (fourteen) days of the draw. The Water Corporation shall not be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected entries not received by the Water Corporation’s or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
The Water Corporation shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, but not limited to direct and consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of entering this competition.
Personal information provided for the purpose of entering this competition will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Water Corporation’s Privacy Policy. Details of this policy are available at
