Terms and conditions of entry
1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Valid entries consist of entries submitted online from 1 June 2017 via
www.stockerpreston.com.au/win with all the required fields filled in. All entries must be submitted by midnight on Monday, July 31, 2017. Only one entry per valid email address.
3. The prize is two nights paid accommodation at either Bunkers Bay Resort or Crown Casino Perth. Prize must be redeemed before 31 December 2017. Does not include car hire or transfers, the winner must arrange car hire or transfers to the hotel of their choice.
4. Entry is open to all residents of Western Australia over the age of 18. Photo identification may be required upon collection of the prize. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian. Age restrictions apply. Any minor guest must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian on trip.
5. The prize winner will be drawn at 11am on day Tuesday 1 August 2017
6. The winner will be notified by telephone after the prize draw by a representative of Stocker Preston. In the instance that the winner cannot be contacted on the phone number provided within five (5) working days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
7. The winner will then be sent a letter be a representative of Stocker Preston detailing their prize and containing information on how the prize package is to be booked.
8. The first entry, drawn at random from all valid online entries, will be deemed the winner and will receive the following prize for 2 people:
• DETAILS OF PRIZE.
Two nights' accommodation at choice of either Pullman Bunkers Bay Resort, Bunker Bay Road, Naturaliste or Crown Casino Perth, Great Eastern Highway, Burswood, up to a value of $1,000.00. Prize will be in the form of a voucher at the winners choice of accommodation.
9. Trip is provided on a share basis. Winner and guest must travel together.
10. Estimated prize value may fluctuate slightly due to time of the year the trip is taken in relation to high and low season. The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter/s. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
11. The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity,age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
13. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take or redeem a prize (or an element of the major prize) by 31 December 2017, then the prize (or that element of the major prize) will be forfeited. Trip is subject to availability at time of reservation. The winner must select dates that they would like to redeem the prize and inform the Stocker Preston representative that sent the winner’s letter. The winner must call the Stocker Preston representative at least 3 weeks prior to the dates they would like to redeem their prize package to allow time to book. All prize elements must be taken at the same time, no split bookings can be made.
14. The prize and booking of the prize are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of all the participating venues.
15. All additional costs incurred will be at the expense of the winner.
16. The prize must be taken as supplied and is neither redeemable for cash nor transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
17. It is the winner’s responsibility to make their own way to the venue to claim/redeem their prize.
18. It is a condition of entry that all prize winners agree to have their photograph taken and name and suburb published for publicity purposes if required. By participating in this competition, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions.
19. Employees of Stocker Preston and immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
20. All contestants release from, and indemnify Stocker Preston against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
21. Stocker Preston accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
22. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
