Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. The competition is open to Australian residents only. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The competition commences 4pm 11th July, 2017 and closes 11:59pm 13th August, 2017. The winner will be chosen at 2 Stanley Street, Silverwater NSW 2128 by 8pm 14th August, 2017 after the competition ends. There will be 1 winner. The winners will be decided by a panel appointed by Express Publications Pty Ltd. The judges’ decision final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The prize is a set of Cooper Tires to the value of $1800. The prize does not include any parts, accessories or labour required for installation. The prize value is subject to change after printing. Instructions on how to claim your prize will be given to the winner after the competition. Express will not pay for any other costs associated with the prize.
