How It Works
Members will earn one ‘Auction Dollar’ with every $5 turnover playing on any gaming machine with your membership card inserted correctly or one ‘Auction Dollar’ for every $10 spent on any food or bar outlets in one transaction.
The Auction will take place on Sunday 27th August from 11am to 1pm and 4pm to 6pm in which you will have the chance to use your ‘Auction Dollars’ and bid for one or multiple auction items.

40 prizes in total with a value of up to $30,000.

Auction Dollars will be issued to customers on the day of the Auction. This will happen at the Caloundra RSL in the Gaming Room and will open from 10am to 4pm on the 27th of August 2017.

Financial members of Caloundra RSL are eligible to win/enter this promotion
Employees of Caloundra RSL are not eligible to enter or win in this promotion.
Committee Members are eligible to enter/win in this promotion.
Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
The promotion operates during Club trading hours commencing 1st June 2017 to 27th August 2017
The denomination used in the auction will be “Auction Dollars” it has no real cash value
Auction Dollars will be issued to members each time a member plays the gaming machines with their loyalty card correctly inserted; One (1) Auction Dollar will be accumulated on the members’ card with a five (5) dollar turnover on any gaming machine.
Auction Dollars will not be rewarded with a swipe at the members kiosk
One (1) Auction Dollar will be accumulated on the members card each time a member spends ten(10) dollars at any register throughout the Club
Members can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period.
To redeem their Auction Dollars that they have accumulated, members will need to come in person into the club on allocated days (subject to management discretion) and redeem their Auction Dollar vouchers off the members’ kiosk.
Once they have redeemed their Auction Dollar vouchers from the kiosk they will be informed where they will be able to claim their Auction Dollars.
Last day to redeem their Auction Dollars will be Saturday 27th August between 10am and 4pm
The auction will be held at two (2) times on the 27th August: 11am -1pm & 4pm -6pm
There will be forty (40) prizes to be auctioned off
There is no reserve price any of the prizes
Once one prize has been auctioned off, the next auction prize will not start to the previous one is confirmed and paid for with their Auction Dollars.
Any items not auction off will remain the property of Caloundra RSL
Members must be present to win.
Winner may win more than one prize.
Members will be able to hear the auction through general parts of the club and not necessarily through food outlets or Sports Bar
Auction Dollars not on official prize tickets is invalid and will be disqualified.
Auction Dollars used in this promotion are not transferable and will not be replaced if lost by members of Caloundra RSL
Caloundra RSL is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with this promotion.
The decisions of the management of Caloundra RSL are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Participation in the promotion confirms acceptance of the conditions of entry governing Caloundra RSL.
