At the conclusion of the Competition, the Promoter will supply to the Prize supplier the contact details of the winner(s) to enable the prize supplier to contact the winner(s) and effect fulfilment of the prize(s).
The Prize supplier must contact the winner(s) (including via email where applicable) within 5 business days of receiving their contact.
Booking dates will be strictly applied. Your booking must be made or changed through Jetstar.com or Jetstar Contact Centre before the Expiry Date, for travel on any Jetstar flight available at the time you redeem this Voucher. lf you do not redeem this Voucher within this timeframe this Voucher will expire and you will lose the value of this Voucher. lf you redeem this Voucher but later change your booking on a date after the Expiry Date, you will lose the value of this
Voucher. This Voucher was created on the lssue Date stated on the Voucher and expires on the Expiry Date as noted on the Voucher. The 6-month booking period is calculated as 183 from the lssue.
All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, the fare rules quoted at the time of booking and the Jetstar Conditions of Carriage. The standard Jetstar fare and bundle rules apply according to the fare or fare with bundle selected when booking. You must redeem this Voucher in one booking only. Any amount not redeemed in that booking will be lost and no credit will remain.
This Voucher is not transferable - it is redeemable only by the person whose name is stated on this Voucher for travel by that person or to make a new booking for others to travel (if a booking is made for others to travel, the person named on this Voucher must be listed as the contact in the booking).
This Voucher is only redeemable up to the value stated on this Voucher for Jetstar fares and bundle options, taxes, fees and other charges associated with normal Jetstar internet or telephone reservations bookings. This Voucher cannot be redeemed for Jetstar Holiday products (including accommodation, activities, transfers, parking, insurance and car hire). This Voucher must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated. This Voucher is not redeemable for cash or other goods and services. Jetstar Vouchers are not refundable.
Jetstar Airways Pty Limited ("Jetstar") makes no claims in relation to weather or other conditions at the travel destination and the Voucher recipient should make their own enquiries before travel. Jetstar, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable
for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct indirect loss suffered or sustained in connection with the use of this Voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
(g) Any additional travel booked in conjunction with the use of this Voucher will be subject to standard booking conditions.
(h) Jetstar will collect information about you and any other person named in the booking so that it can issue this Voucher and, when redeeming this Voucher, can process the travel arrangements. Jetstar Hotel Vouchers are subject to the following conditions: The winner will be issued with two $2,500 hotel vouchers. The vouchers issued by Jetstar can only be used towards part, or full payment of hotel bookings on ietstar.com. lf there is a balance remaining to be paid, you must pay this balance with a crediUcharge card. Each $2,500 voucher can only be used on one transaction. The voucher must be used within 12 months from date of issue otherwise it will be forfeited. Vouchers are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Vouchers may be transferred, but are not valid if sold. Vouchers can only be used once and any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited. The value of the voucher will not be refunded and no replacement voucher will be issued when cancelling a booking. lf you change or cancel a booking, any hotel fee amount will be deducted from the amount paid by you, up to a maximum of the amount originally paid by you. The hotel fee value
cannot be paid using the voucher value.
Travel card is subject to the following conditions: Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the travel card are not included. Any unused balance of the travel card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the prepaid travel card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the travel card.
lf for any reason any winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
Total prize pool value is $20,000. Prize, or any unused portion, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless othenryise specified.
