Eligibility
1. Entry is open to all residents of Australian, New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom over the age of 16, who fulfilled the entry requirements set out below. (Eligible Entrants)
2. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entry
3. The Promotion commences on 6 /7/2017 at 08:00 AM (ADST) and closes 3/8/2017 at 11:59 PM (ADST) (Promotion Period). Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
4. To enter, Eligible Entrants must provide their email address on the
www.elevenworkwear.com.au website and agree to subscribe to receive promotional emails from ELEVEN Workwear.
5. One valid email address equals one entry.
6. One entry per person.
7. A person that already subscribes to ELEVEN workwear promotional emails may also enter.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Entrants may only enter in their own name.
10. Invalid email addresses entries will be deemed invalid.
Prizes and winning
11. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at ELEVEN Workwear 56-60 Parramatta Rd Lidcombe NSW on 04/8/2017 at 11:00 AM AEST.
12. Winner will be announced 4/8/2017 at 11:00AM
13. The total prize pool is valued at $500. (Including GST).
14. The prize is a $500 ELEVEN Workwear Gift Card, that can be redeemed online. The gift card will be valid for 3mths from issue date.
15. The winner will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the draw. Also their email will be published on elevenworkwear.com.au & facebook.com.au/Elevenworkwear.
16. If there is an unclaimed prize (ie winner cannot be contacted) a further prize draw will be conducted on 15/8/2017 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by email two (2) business days and will have their email published on elevenworkwear.com.au & facebook.com.au/Elevenworkwear.
Validating your entry
17. Any entrant that has entered the promotion multiple times with multiple emails may have all their entries deemed invalid and they will not be able to claim the prize.

18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
19. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the web entry into the Promotion database and not time of transmission by the entrant.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant state/ territory rules and regulations) to cancel, postpone or reschedule the promotion, if it deems in its complete discretion that the integrity and fairness of the promotion has been compromised in any manner whatsoever.
