Father's Day Competition

This year we are celebrating Father’s Day with a side-splitting competition aimed at rewarding your hilarious dad and his famous Dad Joke!

WIN your dad, granddad, or special someone that performs the fatherly duties in your life, tasty chocolates and/or cookies just for them (and maybe some for you).

For your chance to WIN one of 3 x gift sets, tell us your best or worst dad joke - cringe-worthy or deserving of a good cackle - we want to hear them all!

Winners will be selected on originality and must meet the following criteria:
• The joke that makes the OT Team laugh the most
• The joke that makes the OT Team roll our eyes the most
• The joke that’s so embarrassing we can’t believe you share it with us.

The prize is the winner’s choice of 1 x chocolate box gift set, this set can include 3 0r 4 150g chocolate boxes at the winner’s choice of dark or milk chocolate – where applicable.

Competition closes 11:59pm Sunday 27 August 2017. The winner will be notified on Monday 28 August 2017.

Entry to the Competition is open to Australian residents only.
An entrant must be 16 years of age and over.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Organic Times Pty Ltd, 30 Sydney Road, Bayswater VIC 3158 Tel 03 9780 9700 ABN 40088434520.
2. Entry to the Competition is open to Australian residents only. An entrant must be 16 years of age and over. Employees of, or contractors to Organic Times Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences 10am Tuesday 8th August and closes 11:59pm Sunday 27th August 2017.
4. Eligible entrants can enter by filling out the online competition entry form at www.organictimes.com.au 5. The judging will take place on Monday 28th August 2017. 6. The winner will be judged on the creativity and originality of their entry and is subject to the discretion of the judging panel. 7. The winner will be notified by email on Monday 28th August 2017.
8. Organic Times will take no responsibility for lost or damaged prize.
9. The prize is the winner’s choice of 1 x chocolate box gift set, this set can include 3 0r 4 150g chocolate boxes at the winner’s choice of dark or milk chocolate – where applicable. Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other goods and services. Any tax implications for Eligible Persons, which may arise from this Competition are the responsibility of the Eligible Persons, and independent advice should be sought.
10. The Promoter will take no responsibility for lost or damaged prize.
11. If the Prize is unclaimed or the winning entrant is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions by 12pm, Monday 7th September 2017 then a second chance draw will take place at 1pm, Monday 7th September 2017. All Eligible Entrants who have submitted an entry during the competition period will be entered into the second chance prize draw. In the event of a winner, they will be notified via email.
12. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any written directions under State or Territory legislation.
13. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.
14. The winners agree to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to this Competition as requested by the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name if they are the winner of a draw in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration or compensation for promoting, publicising or marketing this Competition.
15. By entering this Competition, entrants are automatically signing up to the Organic Times newsletter, thus giving consent to receive marketing material from the Promoter.
