Who is Rock n Roll’s biggest villain of all time and why?TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. The promoter is JB Hi-Fi Group Pty Ltd, ACN 093 114 286 ("JB Hi-Fi") of Level 4, Office Tower 2, Chadstone Place, Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone, Vic 3148.
2. The general description of the promotion is: A contest to tell the promoter, in 25 words or less “ Who is Rock n Roll’s biggest villain of all time and why?”
3. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged upon creativity and originality as determined in the absolute discretion of the judges.
4. Entry is open to Australian residents only, excluding all employees of the promoter and associated companies, and their immediate families.
5. The prize is for:
- 1x Grand Prize Winner: 1x official Queens of the Stone Age tour jacket, size to be determined; 1x framed Queens of the Stone Age poster, signed by members of the band.
- 2x Runner-up winners each receive: 1x Queens of the Stone Age poster, signed by members of the band.
6. The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST MONDAY 24th July 2017 and ends at 11:59pm AEST Thursday 24th August 2017. The competition is also open to any customers who have pre-ordered ‘Villains’ prior to the commencement date.
7. The promotion will be conducted as follows:
1. Contestant must successfully place an order online for Queens of the Stone Age’s “Villains” by 11:59pm AEST Thursday 24th August, 2017.
2. Contestants must enter their name, e-mail address and online order number then in 25 words or less answer the following: “Who is Rock n Roll’s biggest villain of all time and why?” via competition form.
3. The promoter will notify the winner after the competition end date of 11:59pm AEST Thursday 24th August, 2017. You will only be contacted if you are one of the three prize-winners.
8. If the promoter is unable to contact the winner having made reasonable efforts to do so using the information provided in the entry email by the winner, the promoter will disqualify the winner and declare the judged runner up as the winner.
9. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. The contest judging panel appointed will declare the winner pursuant to the contest rules. THE JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Entrants consent to the promoter using any contestant’s name, in the event they are a finalist or winner in any media for an unlimited time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome) and promoting any products/services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the promoter.
