Entry is only open to Australian residents 16 years and over. Individuals must have a valid email account to be able to access the promotional entry page.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The entire promotion commences at 9:00AM AEST on 08/08/17 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 27/08/2017 (“Promotional Period”).
Winners will be judged on creativity and the judge’s decision is final.
There is 1 overall prize (“Major Prize winner”) to be won. Winner will be drawn based on creativity of their 25 word or less response and the judge’s decision is final.
Judging will take place at 4pm AEST on 28 August 2017 at 25, 30-32 Beaconsfield Street Alexandria NSW. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from General Pants.
Winner will be contacted in writing via their email address and will be published on the General Pants website (providing the winner claims his/her prize within 3 working days).
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following entry mechanic during the Promotional Period:

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
