Are any stores excluded? YES store that are NOT included are; Aldi, Australia Post, BWS, Coles, Cignalls, Liquorland, TSG and Woolworths
Are any purchases excluded? YES the purchase of any type of gift cards will not be accepted
Are the majors included included? Only Big W and Target
How many times can I redeem? Customers can only redeem once per day
When can I use the Gift Card? The Gift Card is active right away and expires on September 30th 2017
What if I spend over the entry amount eg; I spend $213 in one day, can I get two vouchers? No because it’s only one redemption per person per day
Can receipts from bill payments be used to allocate points? No, receipts from partial lay-bys, bill payments such the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges, service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) and business transactions cannot be used.
What if I shopped at a store and the desk was closed for me to redeem my voucher am I still eligible? Yes, if any purchases are made and the receipts times is after the customer service desk has closed then we will honour the receipts during the campaign period as long as there is stock left
