1. Financial members of Magpies Sporting Club are eligible to participate in this promotion.
2. Excluded patrons, board of directors, employees of Magpies Sporting Club and their immediate family,
and Magpies Sporting Club advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
a. Immediate family is defined as parents, spouse, siblings & children.
3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
4. The promotion operates during club trading hours commencing 9am Saturday 5th August 2017 to 6:59pm
Saturday 14th October 2017.
5. An entry ticket is added to the virtual barrel when a member:
a. Swipes their current Magpies Sporting Club membership card at the kiosk, 1 entry per day
b. Has their current Magpies Sporting Club membership card correctly inserted into a gaming
machine with each cumulative turnover of $45.
6. Members can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period.
7. The draws will be conducted on Saturday 14th October 2017 at 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm, 4:30pm,
5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm: The winner chooses a mini chest and opens it to reveal the cash prize they
have won. Cash prizes are $500, $500, $500, $750, $1,000, $1,250, $2,000, $2,250, $3,000 or $3,250. The
major chest is drawn at 7pm and is a cash prize of $5,000.
8. At the draw winners will be drawn from the virtual barrel by Magpies Sporting Club staff and announced
over the microphone.
9. The winner drawn has 2 minutes to make themselves known to the compare and present their current
Magpies Sporting Club membership card.
10. If the prize is unclaimed after 2 minutes additional draws will take place until a winner claims the prize.
11. Winning entries drawn will not be added back into the virtual barrel.
12. If due to equipment failure management reserves the right to use alternative methods to conduct this
promotion.
13. Magpies Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with this
promotion.
14. The decisions of the management of Magpies Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered
into.
