Prize must be taken between 1 February and 31 March 2018. Winner is responsible for visas, passports, spending money, additional meals, additional transport, insurance and all other ancillary costs. The prize is not transferable for cash or to other people. Entrants will be automatically subscribed to the Snowball Chalet and Burton marketing databases. No further use of this information will be made without prior consent. Winner will be announced via email and Facebook on 17 September 2017.

Major Prize 2017 Terms and Conditions
Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Flights are only from the Australian states of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast or Cairns with dates and times subject to availability.
The competition commences on 01 September 2017 and closes at 11.59pm 16 September 2017. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, for any reason.

Sharing the competition on Facebook will result in 1 extra entry. Entries are limited to 1 per person, or 2 entries if shared on Facebook. Entrants must be 18 years or over. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian who must accompany the minor on the trip.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entrant and to disqualify them if they are deemed inappropriate in terms of objectionable, fraudulent, damaging or defamatory conduct, tampering with the entry process, or not acting in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

Prize must be taken between 1 February and 31 March 2018 and is subject to flight and room availability.
In the event that a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
The winner permits their image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during their participation in the prize to appear in various social and other media channels.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value between now and the prize redemption date.
Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter of the change.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury, suffered in connection with the prize. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance during the prize period.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
