9. The winner will be selected on Monday 18th September 2017 at 12pm and contacted through Facebook via private message by Milkcan Outdoor, to arrange acceptance of the prize with the delivery of the coupon code.
10. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Entrants are to like the post on the Milkcan Outdoor Facebook competition post within the competition open dates and sign up with their email by clicking on the appropriate links on the competition post.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The prize is as follows: $150 voucher to be used on Milkcan Outdoor Products.
14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. If the winner does not use the full value of the voucher, the difference will not be credited or refunded for cash. If the winner selects Milkcan Outdoor products that exceed the value of the prize of $150, the difference will be paid by the winner on checkout. The prize of $150 is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. If the winner selects their order to be delivered, they will be responsible for the cost of delivery, and can use their $150 voucher to include the value of freight if they choose to,

16. The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook within 24hours of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
17. The promoter will notify the winner when they are able to use the $150 voucher. The winner can choose to either use the voucher online, or in store at 56 Northgate Drive, Thomastown, VIC between the hours Monday - Friday 9am to Midday. If the winner is interstate, the winner can shop online, and select to pay for delivery. Milkcan will not cover delivery.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
