Competition Terms and Conditions – WIN $5,000 Cash!
The promoter of this Competition is G&G Projects Pty Ltd (the “Promoter”).
Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award the Prize to any Entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the Byford Meadows Estate (“Estate”) website (if any) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
There is one prize of $5,000 cash available (the “Prize”).
Entry to the Competition is open to residents of Western Australia, aged over 18 who qualify for entry under Clause 5 (“Entrant”). Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, and any person associated with the competition, and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize, are not eligible to enter.
Qualification for entry into the competition is based on the Entrant entering into, and the Seller accepting, a Contract for Sale of Land or Strata Title by Offer and Acceptance (“Contract”) for a land lot at the Estate during the Competition Period.
The Competition opens at 08:00 on Friday 21 April 2017 and closes at 17:00 on Friday, 27 October 2017 (“Competition Period”). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid.
For the Prize to be claimed the Winner must complete settlement of the relevant Contract by 31 December 2017 (“Valid Entry”) and the Prize will be provided to the Winner within seven days of the settlement of the Contract.
The terms are governed by all laws and regulations in force in the state of Western Australia.
The Winner will be drawn randomly from all entries on Sunday, 29 October 2017 (“Draw Date”).
If the Winner’s Contract has settled prior to the Draw Date the Prize will be paid within seven days of the Draw Date.
If the Winner’s Contract has fallen over, prior to or on the Draw Date. A redraw will be made directly from the existing entries.
If the Settlement Date nominated on the Contract is following the Draw Date, the Entrant must settle by 31 December 2017 to claim the Prize. If settlement is not successful by 31 December 2017 the Winner will be deemed invalid and a redraw will be made from the original Valid Entries which have achieved successful settlement.
Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
