1. This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Hasbro Australia ABN 69 004 348 565, Level 4/67-71 Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (the “Promoter”).
2. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to accept the Prize if they are the winner.
3. All entry instructions and Prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia. The Promoter reserves the right to request any entrant to provide documentary evidence confirming his/her age. Employees of Hasbro Australia, My Little Pony retailers and their associated companies and agents, and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
5. The Promotion commences at 09:00 (AEST) on Monday 18 September 2017 and ends at 23:59 (AEDT) on Sunday 15 October 2017 (“Promotion Period”).
ENTRY
6. To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
a. if under 18 years of age, have the permission of a parent or guardian, during the
Promotion Period, purchase any one genuine My Little Pony product from any
participating store (“Qualifying Purchase”); and
b. visit the competition entry registration page win.prizepromotions.com.au/mylittlepony
and complete the entry form by providing their name, email address, contact phone
number, postal address and receipt/invoice number.
7. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
a. only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase
b. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry
requirements; and
c. unrecognized receipt/invoice numbers will be deemed invalid.
8. Entrants must retain a copy of store receipts and/or online order invoices as proof of purchase for ALL entries.
9. If the number of entries exceeds the number of Qualifying Purchases, all entries from that entrant will be deemed invalid.
10. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry; or (c) if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
PRIZES – INSTANT WIN
12. Instant Win prizes will to be given away randomly at the competition online entry registration page win.prizepromotions.com.au/mylittlepony during the promotion period when entries are made.
The Instant Win prize awarded will alternate between:
a. the My Little Pony: The Movie Baby Friends prize, and
b. an ADMIT 2 in-season movie pass to see My Little Pony: The Movie prize
An Instant Win pop-up window will advise which prize has been won and states that the winner will receive an email notification confirming their WIN and prize type.
13. Instant Win prizes are:

14. The ADMIT 2 movie pass to see My Little Pony: The Movie are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. There is no extension on validity of vouchers and tickets issued under the Prize. All tickets and vouchers are not for re-sale. If a ticket or voucher is found to be for re-sale, the prize supplier reserves the right to cancel the ticket or voucher without notification.
Any My Little Pony: The Movie Baby Friends unawarded during the online entry period will be given away in the unclaimed prize draw.
PRIZES – VIP Winner (‘Major Prize’)
15. The Major Prizes to be awarded to eight (
eligible entrants (one (1) from each State/Territory)
are:
a. One (1) VIP Winner prize, plus
b. One (1) VIP Winner guest prize for their parent/guardian or person under 18 years of

16. In the absence of any entry and hence winner from a particular state/territory, that prize will be

MAJOR PRIZE WINNERS TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY TO PARTICIPATE
21. The Promoter’s representative will communicate with all Major Prize winners and parent/guardian if appropriate, via the email address and/or contact number submitted in their competition entry registration to advise them of their win and:
a. provide details of the travel dates and times and accommodation,
b. details of events to be attended.
22. The Major Prize winner must:
a. confirm their eligibility to be awarded a Major Prize
b. provide proof of purchase by sending/emailing/texting a clear photo or scan of their
receipt(s)/invoice(s).
c. state their intention to participate in the associated activities, including travel on the
nominated dates, participate in the Pink Carpet events and attend the My Little Pony:
The Movie premiere.
d. advise acceptance the Major Prize in writing/email, within forty-eight (48) hours of
being successfully contacted and notified by the Promoter or the Promoter's representative that their Entry has been drawn, otherwise their Entry will be deemed invalid.
23. If a Major Prize winner is unable to be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of being declared the winner, their Entry will be deemed invalid.
24. If an entry is deemed invalid, redraw(s) from the same state/territory entries will be conducted until a winning entrant who is available to attend is drawn. The conditions in paragraph 19 will be repeated until a valid entrant and companion who can attend the event are found.
25. All VIP prize winners acceptance and details must be finalised no later than 5:00pm 19 October 2017 to be eligible for the prize.
26. When eight (
valid Major Prize winners have accepted the prize, the results will be published in The Australian on 26 October 2017.
MAJOR PRIZE CONDITIONS
27. Redemption of the Major Prizes is subject to availability and may be dependent on travel class availability, specific room category availability and travel ‘blackout’ periods applying (including school holidays and public holidays). All components of the Prize must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited. The Major Prize winner and their parent/guardian or companion must travel together and depart from and return to the same Australian departure point. No extension or variation of the travel and/or accommodation dates nominated by the Promoter is permitted. The Major Prize cannot be used in conjunction with travel discounts or special offers. Travel and accommodation are to be arranged by the Promoter's representative.
28. All additional costs not expressly stated as being included, but which may be incurred in acceptance and use of the Major Prize, are the responsibility of the winner and their parent/guardian and companions.
In particular, the Major Prize does not include:
a. meals and beverages, room service, mini bar, telephone calls, laundry services, spending
Participants in the Promotion acknowledge that different elements of the Major Prize are supplied by various partners (Suppliers) and any Supplier reserves the right, in their absolute discretion, to amend the dates or schedule of any element of the Major Prize without notice. The Promoter and Suppliers accept no responsibility for the cancellation, rescheduling or delay of any element of the Prize for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Supplier. All additional costs not expressly stated, but which may be incurred in acceptance and use of the Prize, are the responsibility of the Winner and travelling companion/s.
GENERAL
35. A draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place on 17 January 2018 at the same time and place as the Major Prize draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within 2 business days. Winners’ names (for prizes of $250 and over) drawn on 17 January 2018, will be published in The Australian 24 January 2018. Any unclaimed prizes will be issued in the same amounts as originally stated. All prize will be sent within 28 days of the draw date.
36. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
37. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these
Terms and Conditions.
38. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by
infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
39. The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time.
40. The personally identifiable information you provide in connection with the Promotion will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available at
https://www.hasbro.com/en-au/privacy. If you do not provide us with this information, we cannot process your entry and/or enter you into the Promotion. Hasbro Australia may use your personal information to enable it to market its products and services to you.
41. Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any claims made by the winner, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
42. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant and companion’s names, likenesses, images and/or voices in the event the entrant is a winner, (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
