To celebrate the release of Yotam Ottolenghi and Helen Goh's new cookbook Sweet, SBS Food and Ebury are giving you a chance to win your own copy.
Sweet is a book full of fab desserts that have all been given what Yotam Ottolenghi calls "the full Ottolenghi treatment". This, he writes in the introduction, means "they were all conceived with love and a bit of flair and made with real ingredients and lots of attention to detail".
It shows. Page after page of recipes concocted by Yotam and his confectionary collaborator, Helen Goh, Sweet rolls from custard yo-yos with roasted rhubarb icing - the very first recipe in the book - to a Middle Eastern take on millionaire's shortbread, an entire chapter of cheesecakes, a next-level Mont Blanc tart and yes, even a pavlova (Helen hails from Melbourne originally).
You can read more about how these two geniuses work together in our interview here - and we've got three copies of their new book to give away.
