Terms and Conditions: WIN $4000 Spring Gardening Competition By entering this competition, Contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promotion will be conducted at The Ridge Shoppingworld (“Participating Centre”). “Participating Retailers” means any of the retailers in the Participating Centre, except for any Excluded Retailer. An “Excluded Retailer” means any of the following retailers: all banks and financial institutions. An “Ineligible Transaction” means any transaction recorded on an invalid receipt, as specified in these terms and conditions below. To receive an entry in this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any goods at retail value from a participating retail business. 1. How to Enter: To enter, contestants must spend a minimum of $10 in any specialty store at The Ridge Shoppingworld during the promotional period. Customers will then receive and entry form from the retailer and the completed entry form placed in the barrel located in the mall at The Ridge Shoppingworld. Contestants may submit more than one entry. Multiple receipts from the same date may be used to gain an entry form. Customers must keep the receipt for presentation if deemed the winner of the competition. There will be 1 winner of the Major prize. Draw 1: will be conducted on Tuesday 3rd October 2017. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winners. If a Winner is unable to be contacted by the Promoter by 5pm one full week after the draw, a redraw for a new winner will take place. 2. Prize: Gardening services to the value of $4000.00 from The Green Gardener. The winner of the competition will be in contact with The Green Gardener to organise how they would like their money spent. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians must be present at the draw and may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Promotion. The following are also ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, Centre staff and immediate family, Centre Management and immediate family and contractors and immediate family of The Ridge Shoppingworld are ineligible to enter this promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions. 4. Promotion Period: This Promotion commences at 9am on Monday 4th October 2017 and closes at 4pm on Sunday 1st October 2017 (closure date/time). Entries received after the closure date/time will not be eligible. 5. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by a representative of Toowoomba Plaza by telephone, email and/or in writing. 6. Promoter’s Limitations of Liability: • If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. • Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. • Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed. • The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including contacting Participating Retailers) and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. • If this Promotion is in teetered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. • Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to refuse the prize redemption to any entrant who does not comply with the above terms and conditions. Receipts must be kept and presented when claiming prize. Acceptance of prizes indemnifies The Ridge Shoppingworld, its retailers, managers and agents of any responsibilities. 7. Entries and privacy: The Ridge Shoppingworld Centre Management may use the information supplied by the entrants in the competition for the compilation of a mailing list. An entrant may opt out of a mailing/email database list other than an introductory mail out by requesting this in writing to The Ridge Shoppingworld Centre Management or by telephoning 07 46361 896 or by emailing: -
