MICELLAR WATER PROMOTION
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Marque of Brands Pty Ltd, 4/80 Market St, South Melbourne VIC 3205, ABN 65 147 537 513, Ph: 1300 819 331.
The Promotion commences at 11:00am AEST on 7 September 2017
and closes 16:00pm AEDT on 4 October 2017 (Promotion Period). Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 16 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must visit the Mine Tan Body Skin Facebook Page at
www.facebook.com/minetanbodyskin, then accurately complete an online entry form, referring a friend via email and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry). Before referring a friend, the entrant must first ensure they have the consent of the friend prior to nominating them to receive the details of the promotion.
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoters are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
On the Thank You Page of the entry form Entrants have the option to refer a friend to obtain an extra entry into the draw. Entrants can receive up to a maximum of 6 entries – one for sharing the competition on Facebook and up to five by referring five friends via email. Entrants will need to enter the names and email addresses of up to 5 friends via email to obtain the additional entries. Before referring friends, the entrant must first ensure they have the consent of the friend/s prior to nominating them to receive the details of the promotion. Extra entries will only be valid for referrals made via the entry form. The Promoters will not use the information received in the record of referral for any ongoing marketing communications. The Promoters will only use this information the one time in conjunction with the contest. Referred records will not be entered into the Promoter’s database.
By accepting the terms and conditions upon entering the promotion you are automatically entered into the Promoters’ email database.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
The total Prize Pool is valued at $783.60. There are five (4) Prizes in total. Each prize is 2 x Micellar Water Collection Packs (RRP$97.95 each). Each Micellar Water Collection Pack includes 1 x Micellar Water Cleanser (RRP$19.99), 1 x Micellar Water Primer (RRP$19.99), 1 x Micellar Tan Water Gel to Foam Self Tan (RRP$29.99), 1 x Micellar Tan Water Everyday Glow (RRP$19.99) and 1 x Bronze On Applicator Mitt (RRP$7.99). There will be 4 x Weekly Prize Winners throughout the Promotion Period (4 weeks). Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prizes from being notified as a winner.
The Prize Draws will be conducted each at 16:01pm (AEST) each Wednesday during the Promotion Period at 100 Harris Street Pyrmont NSW 2009. The Prize winners will be the first valid Entry drawn each weekday. The Draw Dates are: 13/09/17, 20/09/17, 27/09/17 and 4/10/17.
Each of the Weekly Prize Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the Daily Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their name will be published on the Mine Tan Body Skin Facebook Page (
https://www.facebook.com/minetanbodyskin), at 16:30pm AEST on the following dates: 13/09/17, 20/09/17, 27/09/17 and 4/10/17. In their written confirmation, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
If any of the Daily Prizes are unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date (4/01/18), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoters may conduct a further draw on 4 January 2018 at the same time and location as the Weekly Prize Draws, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by telephone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their names will be published on the Mine Tan Body Skin Facebook Page (

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoters or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoters reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoters for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoters may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.
