1. Information on how to enter and prize details are stated in these
Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants are taken to
have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
2. Period of lottery: 18/09/2017 – 29/10/2017.
3. Entry is open to NSW residents over the age of 18. Employees and their
immediate families of the named companies contributing to the prize,
MindBodySpirit Festival, the promoter and their agencies associated with
this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter, you must: register for a FREE ticket at mbsfestival.com.au, visit the
Sydney MindBodySpirit Festival and scan your unique QR coded ticket at
Stand H03 between 26/10/17 – 29/10/17.
5. Entries must be completed by 6pm 29/10/17. No late or incomplete entries
will be accepted.
6. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be made void.
7. Five (5) winners will be determined by a single draw for five prize packs at
2pm 01/11/2017 at the office of Exhibitions & Events Australia, Level 1, 801
Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122.
8. The winners will be notified by phone/email by 03/11/2017.
9. Prizes must be claimed by 06/11/2017.
10. In the event that a prize is not claimed, the unclaimed prize draw will take
place at 2pm, 07/11/2017 at the office of Exhibitions & Events Australia,
Level 1, 801 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122.
11. Prize is not transferrable for cash and cannot be transferred to another
person.

20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be
liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or
consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or
death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any
person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or
using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
(in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
