The competition commences on 14th October 2017 at 12:01am, and concludes on 24th November 2017 at 11:59pm (Promotional Period). All times are AEDT.
How to enter
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) purchase any Swisse product or Swisse gift set at any Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store in Australia or via the Priceline online store at
www.priceline.com.au;(b) visit
www.priceline.com.au/swisse, input the requested details (including their full name, date of birth, telephone number, residential address, and valid email address); and
(c) submit the fully completed online entry form.
(d) Entrants must retain the original copy of their Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, or Priceline online store purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
(a) Only one entry permitted per week;
(b) Only one product purchase permitted to be entered each week;
(c) Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements. If more than one entry is submitted per week, may result in invalidation of all an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
Winner Determination
The winning entries will all be drawn at random.
The winners will be notified via email and phone within two (2) business days of each draw. The names of the winners will also be published on
www.priceline.com.au the day after each draw and in The Australian on Monday 4th December 2017.
If neither a phone number or email address of the winner are supplied or they are incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
The Promoters may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any of the prizes are not claimed by 5:00pm on Wednesday 28th February 2018 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 12:00pm on Thursday 1st March 2018 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authorities.
Major Prize
The Major Prize draw will take place at Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell 3124 VIC on Tuesday 28th November 2017 at 12:00pm.
The Major Prize winner will receive $10,000 AUD cash, which the winner may choose to spend on their ‘Health and Wellbeing’.The total Major Prize value of the promotion is $10,000 AUD.
The $10,000 AUD Major Prize will be transferred via direct bank transfer to the winner’s nominated bank account.
Weekly Prize A total of thirty-six (36) valid “Weekly” entries will be drawn during the Promotion;

Each Weekly Prize winner will receive a $100 Priceline Pharmacy Gift Card.The total prize value of the Weekly Prize promotion is $3,600.
The Priceline Gift Cards will be sent to the Weekly winners’ email address provided in the entry form.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information or other reason. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanisms will be available, or the Promoter will be open, at all times during the Promotion Period.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason.
