PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Promotion commences at 5:00pm on Sunday 1st October 2017. Entries close at 10:00 pm on Sunday 12th November 2017.
ENTRY DETAILS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Stockland Gladstone Shopping Centre and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are eligible to enter.
3. Customers may enter by making any spend at any participating retailer at Stockland Gladstone Shopping Centre, and then visiting
www.dineyourway.com.au and registering as a promotion member.
4. Once registered customers are required to upload their receipts from the participating retailer on the campaign microsite.
5. All competition members will be entered into the draw to win a $100 Stockland Gift Card each week.
6. Receipts must be from a participating retailer at Stockland Gladstone Shopping Centre, time stamped after 5 pm and dated within the promotion period to be valid.

7. Receipts are invalid if illegible, forged, mutilated, copied, duplicate, or tampered with in any way.
8. Any receipts uploaded to
www.dineyourway.com.au will be moderated by the Centre management staff prior to entry being deemed valid.
9. Soliciting for receipts from customers within the centre and surrounding areas is prohibited.
10. The promotion winner and guest must provide suitable identification to the Promoters’ satisfaction to
be entitled to claim the prize.
11. Customers can upload each individual receipt once during the promotional period.
12. Entries are unlimited during the promotional period.
CUSTOMER COMPETITION DRAW DETAILS
1. One $100 Stockland Gift Card to be won by every week during the promotion period. A total of 6 gift
cards are to be won.
2. The winners will be drawn from all customers that register as a promotion member.
3. Promotion Member Prizes will be drawn on the following dates:

13. Total prize valued: $3,000.00
14. The promotion winner will be drawn by Promoter’s agent. Compco, Studio 2, 11 Carlisle Street,
Tamarama NSW 2026 at 12 pm on Monday 13th November 2017.
15. Prize will be awarded to the promotion winner in the form of a formal letter from Stockland Gladstone
within 1 week of the end date of the Promotion Period. The promotion winner will be contacted by
phone on Monday 13th November 2017 and will also be notified in writing thereafter. Trip Itinerary
and tickets will be issued and available for collection from Stockland Centre Management from 5th
January 2018.

Publicity materials
1. By entering into this Promotion, entrants accept that ‘on air’ recording will take place and their name
will be made public. A picture, along with the winner’s name, may be requested for publication in local
and regional newspapers as part of the competition.
Release and indemnity
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes once they have been collected by the winner.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or illegible receipts.
4. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for
personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or as a result of
taking or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Termination of Promotion
5. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, this Promotion at any time without
liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
Decisions final
6. The Promoter, at its sole discretion, may accept entries with errors and omissions.
7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
