The Murphy’s Naturals Sweepstakes is sponsored Murphy’s Naturals, Inc (“Sponsor”). This giveaway is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the giveaway, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook.
ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Giveaway Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on October 5, 2017 at 12pm EST and ends on October 19, 2017 at 11:59pm EST (“Giveaway Period”) Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the giveaway at their sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
Facebook: Entrant must submit email address through Woobox platform. Sharing the sweepstakes can only help your chances but it is not required in order to win.
Instagram: Entrant must tag 3 friends for a chance to win. A tagged friend is not eligible to win, unless he/she chooses to enter by tagging 3 friends.
WINNER SELECTION
Winner will be randomly chosen at end of Giveaway Period and announced on Facebook or Instagram. Facebook winner will be emailed. Instagram winner will be direct messaged through Instagram platform.
Winner has 48 hours to claim prize. If Sponsor is not contacted within 48 hours by winner, then Sponsor reserves rights to eliminate selected winner and choose another entrant through random drawing.
PRIZES:
Terms and conditions may apply. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Giveaway is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Giveaway, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Giveaway.
