Contesting Period Dates Weekdays only, from 23 Oct 2017 to 03 Nov 2017 (excluding public holidays).

"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of WA.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter once only. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must on a Contesting Day:
1. Listen to Mix 94.5 Perth where it will be broadcast to listen out for Summer (she’s a person).
2. Telephone the station on 13 33 53 when they hear Summer.
3. Be selected by the Promoter to participate on air as specified. The Promoter will judge caller(s) interaction on air in
accordance with the Judging Details to determine the Minor Prize winner(s).
All Minor Prize winners will go into a draw. At the end of the Contesting Period, the Promoter will hold a draw in accordance
with the Draw Details to determine one (1) Major Prize Winner.

Prize Provider: Ford and Doonan
Total Prize Pool Up to $10,000.00
Prize Restrictions As per Conditions of Entry. Unless the prize is a cash prize, prizes are not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.
1. The Major Prize Winner will need to allow the Prize Provider, Ford and Doonan, to fully install the Major Prize within
three months of winning.
2. Commercial installations are not accepted, domestic installation only. The installation is to be completed to standard
Ford & Doonan specifications and terms and conditions of sale.
3. No allowance for the Major Prize Winner’s homes electrical supply to be upgraded to accept the Major Prize. This
can be arranged but all costs would be charged to the Major Prize Winner.
4. Homes under construction are not accepted for installation of the Major Prize unless the installation can be done in
one visit.
5. Items required for the Major Prize to be be installed that do not form part of the Major Prize will be chargeable to the
Major Prize Winner, which may include (nut not limited to): cranage or scaffolding, removal of existing system, non
standard installations, plant rooms, platforms or the like, building work required to accommodate the system.
6. Warranty – 2 years on installation. 5 years on manufacturers parts and labour. All warranties are subject to the Prize
Provider’s and Panasonic’s standard conditions.
Notification of
Winners
Winner/s will be notified by phone at the time of/immediately after winning.
Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: 02 Feb 2018 at 16:00 AWST
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the
prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will conduct a further draw at 9:00 AM AWST on 05 Feb 2018 at SCA, 450 Roberts Road,
Subiaco, WA 6008 in order to award the Major Prize. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified by phone on 05 Feb 2018 and
must allow the Prize Provider to fully install the Major Prize by 28 February 2018.
