The total prize pool is valued at up to $700
The prize is for a party of 4 girls.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entries must be made between Thursday 5 October - Sunday 29 October.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retail stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Entrants must only enter one. If it is found they enter more than one time Best&Less reserves the right to discount their entries from the competition. Promotion commences Thursday 5 October 2017 at 00:01(EST)
and concludes Sunday 29 October 2017, 23:59(EST). The draw will take place week commencing Monday 30 October 2017 at Best&Less 657 – 673 Parramatta Rd, Leichhardt, NSW, 2040. Winners will be contacted on or before Friday 3 November 2017 - subject to meeting the requirements in Conditions 1-4.
If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility of any variation in the prize value from time of printing.
The winner will be notified by email and their name will be published on the Best&Less social media pages/website. The winner is required to take photos of the slumber party which will be published on the Best&Less social channels.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, or in connection with the prize except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any entries that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected, or for entries not properly completed. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
The prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.
If the prize is unclaimed 24hrs after winner has been contacted then a re-draw will take place.
Eligible Entrants’ personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winner. In certain circumstances, the PI of winners will be provided to authorities that regulate this competition. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the promotional question.
