Bankstown Sports Members’ Draw: Cup of Cash– Terms and Conditions
1. Cup of Cash Wednesday Members’ Draw will commence Wednesday 11 October at 9am AEDT and conclude Wednesday 13 December 2017 at
8.59pm AEDT.
2. Draws will be from a total prize pool of $55,500 cash. Distributed into the following:
Cash Jackpot: $50,000
Bonus Draws: $4,500
Final Draw Night Bonus Draw: $1,000
3. Each draw will be conducted at Bankstown District Sports Club (8 Greenfield Parade, Bankstown NSW 2200), using the OLGR approved promotional
system. The drawn membership number will be displayed on selected screens at BDSC. The membership number will also be announced over the public
address system. In the event of a technical failure, membership numbers may not be displayed on screens and/or draws may be postponed.
4. Entrants for the weekly cash jackpot draws must be financial members at 9am of the weekly draw days to be eligible to win. Membership numbers are
extracted from the NetSuite Inc system.
5. Members who join after 9am every Wednesday in the promotion period are eligible for the weekly Bonus Draw, Final Draw Night - Bonus Draw and 9pm
draw on final draw night (Wednesday 13 December 2017) if they swipe from 5pm.
6. Members must be physically and personally present at Bankstown District Sports Club (BDSC) to claim their prize within the claim period.
7. Suspended members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter the draw or claim prizes.
8. Directors, management, staff, contracted personnel and their immediate relatives are not permitted to claim prizes.
9. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the display screens, ticket printer, PA system or draw system), draws may be postponed
or cancelled. Cancellation or postpone of a draw is strictly at management discretion and negotiation will not be entered into. In the event of a
cancellation, prizing of cancelled draws is forfeited and the cancelled draws value will be added to the following draw. This does not apply to the Bonus
Draws -the bonus draw prize will be forfeited.
Cash Jackpot
10. The 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm, 8.30pm and 9pm draws between Wednesday 11 October 2017 and Wednesday 13 December 2017 are referred to as the
‘Cash Jackpot’.
11. The ‘Cash Jackpot’ draws are drawn from financial members who joined prior to 9am that morning.
12. The ‘Cash Jackpot’ draws will jackpot by $1,000 each draw time.
13. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize at the dedicated promotion area next to Basement Brewhouse entrance on the gaming
floor. If the prize is unclaimed after four (4) minutes, the same prize can be won at the following draw time that night.
14. If the ‘Cash Jackpot’ has been won, the next draw time will start from $1,000.
15. The total prize pool of the ‘Cash Jackpot’ is $50,000 cash.
Bonus Draw
16. The 9.30pm draw each Wednesday night between Wednesday 11 October 2017 and Wednesday 6 December 2017 is referred to as the ‘Bonus Draw’.
17. This ‘Bonus Draw’ is for a guaranteed prize of $500 cash.
18. This ‘Bonus Draw’ includes only members who swipe their membership card at end bank swipe screens between 5pm and 9.29pm.
19. The $500 cash will be drawn from the barrel in the promotion area at 9.30pm.
20. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize at the dedicated promotion area next to Basement Brewhouse entrance on the gaming
floor.
21. Redraws will take place every four (4) minutes until a winner is found.
22. If the prize is not claimed by 11.59pm, the next member drawn will be the winner regardless of their attendance on the night and will be phoned the next
business day. If they do not claim their prize by the following Wednesday, the $500 prize will be added on to the following week’s ‘Bonus Draw’.
23. The total ‘Bonus Draw’ prize pool is $4,500 cash.
Final Draw Night – Bonus Draw
24. The 7pm draw on the final draw night (Wednesday 13 December 2017) is referred to as ‘Final Draw Night – Bonus Draw’.
25. The ‘Final Draw Night - Bonus Draw’ includes only members who swiped their membership card at end bank swipe screens from 5pm on Wednesday 13
December 2017.
26. The ‘Final Draw Night - Bonus Draw’ will be drawn after the 7pm ‘Cash Jackpot’ draw at approximately 7.04pm.
27. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize at the promotion area.
28. Redraws will take place every four (4) minutes until a winner is found. If a winner is not found before the next ‘Cash Jackpot’ draw time, the last member
drawn before this time will be the will be the winner regardless of their attendance on the night and will be phoned the next business day. This member
has to claim their prize within one week from contact. In the event the prize is not claimed within the period a comparable and legal redraw will occur.
29. Once a $1,000 winner is drawn, their ticket will be returned to the barrel to still be eligible for the final draw at 9pm.
30. The total ‘Final Draw Night - Bonus Draw’ prize pool is $1,000 cash.
Final Draw Night
31. On the final draw night, Wednesday 13 December 2017 the ‘Cash Jackpot’ will continue to increase by $1,000 each draw time at 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm
and 8.30pm
32. The ‘Cash Jackpot’ are drawn from financial members who joined prior to 9am that morning.
33. If the ‘Cash Jackpot’ is won, the next draw will start from $1,000.
34. The 9pm draw will only include those members who register their attendance at the club by swiping their membership card at the end bank swipe
screens between 5pm and 8.59pm.
35. At 9pm, a draw for 4 members will occur. They will win the total value of the ‘Cash Jackpot’ equally divided by 4.
36. The prize amount to be won will be announced by the MC.
37. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize at the promotion area.
38. Redraws will take place every four (4) minutes until a winner is found.
39. If the remaining jackpot is not claimed at the final draw, redraws will continue to take place every four (4) minutes until a total of 4 winners are found.
40. If the prize is not claimed by 11.59pm, the next member/s drawn will be the winner regardless of their attendance on the night and will be phoned
the next business day. The member/s has to claim their prize within three months from contact. In the event the prize is not claimed within the period a
comparable and legal redraw will occur.
41. All winners are required to present proof of identity to claim their prize.
42. BDSC is not permitted to issue any more than $2,000 prize money in cash. Any prize money exceeding $2,000 must be awarded as a registered cheque
or EFT. If the prize is claimed 10pm or later, the entire prize must be issued as a registered cheque or EFT.
43. This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
