There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this or any competition run by the promoter.

Members of the Glamor Hippie team or their family members shall not be permitted to enter this competition. Anyone who is associated or connected with the organising of this competition or their family members shall not be permitted to enter this competition.

The duration of competitions will vary at the discretion of the promoter, please pay careful attention to the duration of the competitions you enter. After a competition is closed, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted by the promotor for entries not received for whatever reason.

Competition Rules:

The entry must be within the specified competition dates/times.

One entry per person/IP address/email address.

Entrants must reside within Australia.

Entrants must be 18 years or older.

To be eligible to win, entrants must successfully provide:

A 25 words or less answer. This answer must be provided on the competition page of Glamor Hippie’s website.

Entrant must confirm subscription to Glamor Hippie to receive communications and e-newsletters from Glamor Hippie. Entrants details will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the competitions.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

All Glamor Hippie competitions are a game of skill and the winning entry will be chosen by the promoter.

The winner/s will be notified by email within 5 working days Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) of the closing date, and their name published on site as the official winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not agree to claiming the prize within 10 working days (AEST) of notification, the promotor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will require the winner’s postal address details to have the prize pack posted to them. The promoter is not responsible for any prizes that are lost in the mail and will not replace these.

By entering this competition all entrants are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her first and last name in any publicity material.
