HOW TO ENTER AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Spend a minimum of $20 at any of the participating Braidwood businesses to receive a ticket in the draw. Attach the sales receipt to the ticket, filling in your name and contact number, and place it in the barrel at the drop off points around town. All entries must have a receipt attached to be valid. Eftpos/credit card and hand written receipts with a business/provided stamp will be accepted. A maximum of 2 tickets per sale will be issued for purchases over $100. Multiple entries per person are encouraged.
PRIZES: The four winners will be selected at random. All prizes, the major prize of $8,000 and minor prizes of $1,000 and 2 x $500 (total prize pool of $10,000), are to be spent across participating businesses in Braidwood via a business/store credit. The credit is to be spent by 31 May 2018.
PROMOTION PERIOD: To commence from 9am 1st September to 12 noon 1 December 2017.
WHO CAN ENTER: Anyone who submits a valid ticket/entry. Business owners cannot enter using receipts from their own business. QPRC Business and Innovation Staff cannot enter.
PRIZE WINNERS: All winners will be selected randomly via a draw at 8pm at the QPRC Community Christmas Parties, Ryrie Park Braidwood 1 December. All winners will be notified by phone within 48 hours of the draw and details published on the Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council website.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. A maximum of 25% of the major prize can be spent in any one business. Medical prescription costs and over the bar Hotel sales are not eligible for entries.

The promotion will be conducted by Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (the promoter) (ABN 95 933 070 982) during the period specified above.
Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
To enter, participants must, during the promotion, follow the entry method and instructions specified above.
The promotion is a game of chance and each valid submitted entry will enter the draw to be randomly selected as one of the promotion winners.
Each entrant consents to the promoter publishing details of a winning entry on its electronic media and printed media.
As the prizes are made up of a variety of business credit vouchers, the prize is valid until 31 May 2018, and subject to the conditions stipulated by that provider. The major prize will be capped at a maximum spend of 25% to be spent at any 1 business. Once the promoter has assisted the winners with activating their prizes across the participating businesses (within 7 days of the draw) all responsibility and future liabilities associated with the prizes will cease.
The promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entry which is not original or is not completed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries.
