Terms & Conditions of Entry
By entering the prize draw, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Instructions on how to enter this competition, and other details contained within any advertising material for this competition, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The prize is provided by the promoter, Tasbuilt Homes, 206A Birralee Road, WESTBURY TAS 7303.
To be eligible for any prize you must be a resident of Australia. You will not be eligible to win the prize if you are a director or employee of the promoter, or a member of their immediate family.
The competition commences on 1st January 2017 and closes on 2nd December 2017. The prize available is a $10,000.00 Spending Spree at Harvey Norman, Launceston Store. Launceston Store situated at 13 Charles Street Cnr William Street, LAUNCESTON TAS 7250.
The prize is valued in total at $10,000.00. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Collection of the spending spree details will be given to the winner when the winners name is announced at our draw day on Saturday 2nd December 2017 at the registered office of Tasbuilt, 206A Birralee Road, WESTBURY TAS 7303.
Entry conditions: During the competition period, contestants will be eligible to go into the draw by signing a Tasbuilt Homes contract no less than $150,000.00 with all conditions met and unconditional contract signed and witnessed. Client is required to have paid deposit on new home as per payment schedule outlined in the above-mentioned contract. The customer can only enter this competition once.
The draw will take place at the registered office of Tasbuilt, 206A Birralee Road, WESTBURY TAS 7303. The first eligible entry drawn will be the prize winner. The winner must be present at the Tasbuilt Office for the draw day on Saturday 2nd December 2017.
Name and state of the winner will be published on 4th December 2017 on the Tasbuilt Homes website (
www.tasbuilthomes.com.au) and on our Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/tasbuilthomes).
All amounts in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in Australian dollars.
The promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the promoters reasonable control adversely affects the promoters ability to conduct the promotion as described in these terms and conditions.
