1. The Promotion opens on 8 November 2017 (10:00am AEST) and closes on 6 December 2017 (3.00pm AEST).
2. To enter, entrants must fill out the entry form on
www.Queensland.com during the promotion period.
3. All entrants will be automatically subscribed to receive online communications from Tourism and Events Queensland.
4. Entrants must be a resident of Australia and be at least 18 years of age.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted, however entrants may gain additional entries by sharing their entry as follows:
(i) limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day for sharing their entry via Twitter;
(ii) limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day for sharing their entry via Facebook;
(iii) limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day for sharing via Forward to Friend (email).
6. Each entrant will be entered into a draw for a prize consisting of one (1) $5,000AUD Flight Centre travel voucher to be used for flights to Queensland and travel to a Queensland destination(s) ONLY.
7. Tourism and Events Queensland reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify: (i) any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
(ii) any entries that Tourism and Events Queensland considers manipulative, unrepresentative, or disproportionate;
(iii) any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process.
8. The winner will be selected by a random draw. The drawing of the prize will be conducted at XCOM Media Unit 1, 15 Lamington Street, New Farm, Brisbane on 8 December 2017 (10:00am AEST). The winner will be notified by email after the draw and the winner’s name will be posted on
http://www.queensland.com. To claim the voucher, the winner must supply their postal address. When the prize has been claimed the voucher details will be sent by registered post to the winner.
9. If the prize voucher is not claimed within two weeks of the prize draw, a new winner will be re-drawn and the new winner will be notified as before.
10. Travel bookings must be made via a dedicated Flight Centre Travel Consultant based in Australia. Contact details will be provided to the prize winner.
11. The prize voucher is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is subject to the conditions stated on the voucher. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
12. All expenses outside of the stated prize inclusions are at the cost and responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is not provided, and the Promoter recommends the prize winner obtain comprehensive insurance.
13. Tourism and Events Queensland accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided.
14. Tourism and Events Queensland will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of winning a prize.
15. The winner accepts that Tourism and Events Queensland may use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes.
