CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Submission of entry is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

The winner will be drawn at random at the RedBalloon premises: 179 Harris St Pyrmont, NSW 2009 on 15 January 2018. The winner will be notified by email and have 14 days to claim their prize by return email. Any unclaimed prize/s will be redrawn.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion and fulfill prizing. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at
www.redballoon.com.au/general/privacy.cfm Prize includes interstate flights for one person if required but does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Unless specified as included in the package, winner will be responsible for any tax, incidental cost, any other charges and/or all optional extra expenses relating to the prize.
The promotional prize is valid for 12 months , effective 1 Jan 2018 and expires 1 Jan 2019.
Entry is open to Australian residents only Employees of the Promoter, RedBalloon Pty Ltd, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash as illustrated in our voucher terms and conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of relevant government authorities.
