Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to anyone aged over 13 years with a postal address within Australia, with the exception of Seafolly Australia and Sunburn Pty Ltd employees, family and friends. Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd will recognise competition entry submissions through this medium only. For anyone aged between 13-18 years, the champagne prize will be substituted with a Seafolly Water Bottle valued at $19.95.
3. Promotion commences on 8/11/2017 at 11:00am AEST
until 3/12/2017 at 16:50pm AEST. 4.
To enter, an entry will be acknowledged when they complete the following;
a. On the Gleam platform;
- Enter Via Facebook or Instagram (one entry, compulsory).
- Go in store, collect and enter a secret code (five entries, non-compulsory).5. Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Users can enter to a maximum of 7 entries, and the winner will be selected at random. 7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8. The draw will take place on 4th December, 2017 at 5pm AEST at BUILDING 3 & 4, THE MILL, 41 - 43 BOURKE RD, ALEXANDRIA NSW, and the winners will be contacted directly by Seafolly via email. Winner will be asked to email
competition@seafolly.com.au with their full contact details including postal address, age, and phone number. Winners will be announced on the Seafolly website at
www.seafolly.com.au/winwithseafolly on the 4th December.
9. If for any reason a winner does not respond within 3 months, then the prize will be forfeited; and another winning entry will be drawn. The draw will take place at BUILDING 3 & 4, THE MILL, 41 - 43 BOURKE RD, ALEXANDRIA NSW, AUSTRALIA on 1/03/2018 at 10am AEST and the winner will be notified via email. Second round winners will be announced on the Seafolly website at
www.seafolly.com.au/winwithseafolly on the 2/3/2018.
10. If any prize is unavailable, Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Total prize pool value is valued at $8,504 AUD RRP. Products included are: Seafolly Surfboard/s (2 x $2000), Seafolly $200 voucher/s (2 x $200), Seafolly Cooler/s (30x $49.95), Seafolly Beach Pillow/s (30 x $39.95), Seafolly Bikini Bag/s (30 x $19.95) and SeafollyXChandon Sparkling Wine/s (30x $26.95).
No cash can be redeemed from the prize amount. No store credit provided. Prizes cannot be picked up from a location; they will be posted to the nominated address.

Entrants consent to Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd using their Facebook or Instagram account name in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of announcing the winning entry, promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd .

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Seafolly Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
14. Prize will be dispatched to the address stipulated by the winner periodically, at public release, as per availability from the manufacturer.
