GIVEAWAY RULES Instructions on how to enter and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an entry to the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Bellamy's Organic Pty Ltd, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Bellamy's Organic Pty Ltd (ABN: 11 125 461 903).
The Competition ("Competition") is open only to residents of Australia who are age 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Competition and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.
The Competition is governed by Australian law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any term, condition or requirement is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chance of winning.
The Competition is a game of chance which the Promoter is authorised to conduct under NSW Permit Number: LTPS-17-19270
The Competition closes on the date shown in these Terms and Conditions. Only the winner will be notified by email or mail and must respond in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the prize will be forfeited and re-allocated.
Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.
Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid and void. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Competition, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form ("Primary Entry"). One Primary Entry is permitted per person however you can earn an Additional Entry when you send the Competition page to a friend, age 18 years or older, by following the Additional Entry instructions on the screen ("Additional Entry"). The friend must enter the Competition through your referral in order for you to get an Additional Entry. Except as permitted for an Additional Entry, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. All entries must be received by December 14th 2017, 10:00PM AEDT ("Competition Entry Period"). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Promoter's privacy policy.
PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):

The prize can only be sent to, or received by, a winner with a current residential address in Australia. If the winner is unable to receive the prize then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions from among the remaining eligible entries for the prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by the Promoter. Transport to and from an event or venue and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
ODDS:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Competition Entry Period. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about December 15th 2017, 11:00AM AEDT, by a representative from the Promoter whose decision is final. The winner will be notified by email and/or mail and, at the judge's discretion, will be required to complete and return an email confirmation of prize acceptance and possibly an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner shall be selected. The prize will be awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of the completed Affidavit/Release or prize notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if an Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and shall be awarded to an alternate winner. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Competition shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Sydney, NSW, Australia, and in the English language.
PRIVACY:
Entry in the Competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use.
