a) Entrants must be 15 years of age or over at the time of Entry.
b) For Entries via social media, Entrants must have their profiles set to ‘public’ or viewable by the public in respect of any material submitted as part of their Entry.
9: How to Enter
During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online Entry Form including by providing their contact details and telling us your favourite Christmas song.
(b) Listeners can gain another Entry into the Competition by sharing the iHeartRadio custom station – Elf Radio on their Facebook page.
(c) Each Entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be placed into a random Prize Draw.
(d) The Promoter will select five (5) Entries and those Entrants will be deemed a winner and receive a Prize.

Entrants may submit as many Entries as they wish, however Entrants may only Win one (1) Prize each.

17: Prize Claim Date, Time and Delivery
The Prize must be claimed by Friday, 16th March 2018 at 5.00pm AEDST.
If the Winner does not claim the Prize by 5.00pm AEDST on Friday, 16th March 2018, they will forfeit the Prize and another Winner will be drawn.
The Prize will be transferred to the Winner’s nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer (or to the nominated bank account of the Winner’s parent / guardian if the Winner is under 18 years of age).
18: Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the Prize has not been claimed, an Unclaimed Prize Draw to select a new Winner will be drawn on Monday, 19th March 2018 at 12.00pm AEDST.
