"Win your wedding" Competition Rules 1. COMPETITION STRUCTURE
a)
Entrants of the Marnong Estate “Win your wedding” Competition have the opportunity to enter to win the Major Prize of $10,000 towards their wedding which is to be spent ONLY towards a Marnong Estate Wedding Package
b) All entrants are to be willing to book and host their wedding between 1st May 2018 – 31st December 2018.
c) To be eligible to win a prize in the Marnong Estate “Win your wedding” Competition, entrants must register through the Competition Form on the Marnong Estate website and ‘Comment’ with the answer to their ideal wedding day.
d) One entry per couple will be accepted only. Available only to new bookings.e)The competition starts at 7am AEST on the 6th of November 2017
and ends at 11.59PM AEST on the 30th November 2017.f) The Winners will be announced on Sunday December 10 2017 at 5pm.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Marnong Estate “Win your wedding” Competition is open to entrants who:
a) are over the age of 18; and
b) getting married from 1 May 2018 – 31 December in 2018
c) entered the competition between 7am AEST on the 6th of November 2017 and ends at 11.59PM AEST on the 30th November 2017. 3.
HOW TO ENTER:
In order to be eligible to win a prize, the entrants must:

Complete the Competition Form in its entirety. 4. WINNER SELECTION
a)
One (1) entrant will be chosen as the winner of the Major Prize of $10,000.00 value towards a Marnong Estate wedding package to be spent only on their wedding booked at Marnong Estate from May 1 – December 31 2018.c) The Winner of the Major Prize will be announced Sunday 10 December 2017 at 5pm through social media platforms and direct contact to prize winner
h) The Winner will be contacted via the email provided on the Competition Registration Form.
i) The Winner will be required to respond to the Winner announcement email within 7 days, to claim the prize.
j) Should the Winner fail to respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
k) Marnong Estate reserves the right to announce the Winners publicly at its discretion.
5. LEGAL FRAMEWORK:
a) The Entrant must agree to the Competition Terms and Conditions of the Marnong Estate “Win your wedding” Competition
b) The Entrant who is announced the Winner of the Marnong Estate “Win your wedding” Competition must understand, agree and accept the individual Terms and Conditions of prize value.
c) By participating in this competition, the Entrant accepts the conditions of the competition and waives any legal action against Marnong Estate.
d) By entering the Marnong Estate “Win your wedding” Competition the entrants understand and agree that their details will be provided to Marnong Estate and \will be placed on each of the database.
e) By entering the competition, the entrant understands, agrees and accepts that they may be contacted by Marnong Estate with suitable offers and post competition offers.
f) The entrant will communicate directly with Marnong Estate if they do not wish to be contacted during or after the competition ends.
h) Marnong Estate reserves the right to change the rules of this competition at any time, without prior notice.
j) Verification of submissions is at the discretion of Marnong Estate.
k) The selection of Winners is at the sole discretion of the Selected Panel at Marnong Estate,
l) Marnong Estate reserves the right to disqualify any submission for any reason it sees fit.
m) Marnong Estate reserves the right to make any changes to the competition, at any time, without prior notice.
n) Marnong Estate reserves the right to remove any comments written by any persons which is considered not suitable, inappropriate or offensive.
7. PRIVACY POLICY:
a) All Information collected during the course of the Marnong Estate “Win your wedding” Competition may be used for marketing purposes and promotional purposes by Marnong Estate.
c) By filling out the entry form for The Marnong Estate “Win your wedding” Competition, the entrant understands they will be placed on the Marnong Estate database and thereby gives permission for the Marnong Estate to send the entrant electronic communication relating to the competition and any other information and or marketing related emails
Terms and conditions:
The Competition Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions must be read, understood, acknowledged and agreed to by the Entrant in order to participate in the Marnong Estate “Win your wedding” Competition and be eligible to win.
By filling out the Competition Form on Marnong Estate website (
www.marnongestate.com.au/win-your-wedding) ) the entrant understands, accepts and agrees to their details being provided to Marnong Estate.
If the entrant no longer wishes to be contacted by Marnong Estate, the entrant understand, accepts and agrees that they must request this directly to Marnong Estate.
The Winner is only eligible to spend their prize money at Marnong Estate to the value of $10,000 towards the supply of a Marnong Estate wedding package. The value of any part of prize money cannot be placed towards any external suppliers.
The Winner must confirm their booking at Marnong Estate within 1 month of winning the prize. All relevant booking terms and conditions for weddings at Marnong Estate are to be adhered to. These terms and conditions can be supplied to the entrant via request to Marnong Estate.
The winning entrant must book and host their wedding between 1 May 2017 – 31 December 2017.
If the Winner cancels their booking with Marnong Estate, all prize money is forfeited. No monetary items will be provided to the entrant. If winner alters or amends the booked wedding date and/or wedding event details and this incurs a fee, charge or cost, this will be covered by the entrant and not from the prize money value.
The Prize money is not transferrable or interchangeable.
The Prize money cannot be redeemed for cash.
