The promotion is open to residents of Australia excluding employees and their immediate families or employees of Europcar Australia, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Entrants must be twenty-four (24) years old or over.
The competition period will begin at 09:00 (AEDT) on Monday 20th November 2017.
The competition period will conclude at 23:59 (AEDT) Thursday 30th November 2017.
Competition dates are subject to change and the Promoter reserves the right to alter competition dates without notice.
1.1 Competition Entry
To enter, entrants must post a description of their moving hack and/or photo and/or video with the hashtag #movingyourway to either Instagram, twitter or Facebook. Entrants may also add the #movingyourway hashtag to existing photos or videos on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other relevant social media platform.
Other specified entry mechanics may be required before entry into the competition is completed. If applicable, these will be detailed in relevant Facebook posts.
Competition entries must be original content, generated and owned entirely by the entrant to the competition.
Photos and/or videos must be taken within Australia.
Entrants may post more than one entry into the competition. All entries will be considered for the final prize.
1.2 Winning Entry & Judging
1.2.1 Major Prize Winning entries will be judged by the quality of entry. The competition is a Game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Winning entries will be chosen at the end of the competition period.
Prize winners will be notified within ten (10) days of the competition winner being chosen. If the promoter is unable to contact a prize winner within three (3) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a new entrant.
If the Promoter reallocates the prize to a new entrant, the decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. A new prize winner will be selected from the remaining entries.
2.1 Competition Prize: The allocated prize is: - $1000 Bunnings voucher
The voucher will be sent electronically to the winner's supplied email address.
Prize cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
3.1 Other Conditions
The promoter accepts no responsibility for the quality of products and services received by the prize winner in their entry.
By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Losing entrants will not be notified.
Entries will not be considered as part of this promotion if, at the sole discretion of Europcar Australia, they contain language that is in any way threatening, abusive, offensive, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy, in breach of confidence, embarrassing to any person or likely to deceive any person, hateful, blasphemous, pornographic, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or otherwise contrary to any law. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. In all cases the promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winner may be required to take part in related publicity or other marketing related activity, and such participation is a condition of accepting a prize.
