CITY CROSS SHOPPING CENTRE SNAP AND WIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptable of these conditions of entry.
Entry is via Instagram @cxcitycross 2. Entry is based on a snap a selfie in store and tag to win a Fiat 500 Lounge. The competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older who complete, in full, the entry requirements during the promotional period. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. The promotion commences 21ST November 2017 @ 11am
and closes 21st December 2017 @ 5pm. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must like the City Cross Instagram Page @cxcitycross snap a selfie (picture) of their City Cross Christmas Shopping with the FIAT 500 Lounge displayed instore and post the photo on instagram using the hashtags #citycross & #belcar during the promotional period. 4.
The winning draw will win the Red Fiat 500 Lounge as displayed in City Cross Shopping Centre during the promotion. No changes to the vehicle will be allowed. RRP is $22,880 Drive Away 5.
Entrants can only enter via their own Instagram account. The promoter, City Cross Shopping Centre reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit, morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
Entrants may enter as many times as they like for the duration of the competition. 6. The winner will be chosen by a random draw by a City Cross Shopping Centre representative on the 22nd December 2017 at 12noon at the promoter’s office, 24 Kensington Road Rose Park SA 5067. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram by @cxcitycross (within 24 hours of the random draw). Their name will be published on

In the event that contact cannot be made with the winner, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. The Promoter may award the prize to the second chosen entry if the prize remains unclaimed within a 3 month period after the prize notification is sent. In the event of a redraw it would take place on 26th March 2018 at 12noon at the promoters office 24 Kensington Road Rose Park SA 5067.
