General Conditions For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty
Ltd will be referred to as “The Promoter”.
Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales residents. Under 18s must
have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However employees and
relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This
includes, parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles,
aunts, nieces and nephews of employees.
These terms and conditions can be collected at the reception desk of 3NE
and Edge FM - 19 Templeton Street Wangaratta, Victoria, 3676 and can be

Competition Call Period
First Day: Monday 27th of November, 2017
Last Day: Friday 15th of December, 2017
Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to fill out an entry form and place it in a barrel
located at one of the participating businesses within the promotional period
(see attached list).
Entrants are required to make a purchase in order to fill out an entry form.
No specific amount needs to be spent.
Each person may enter only once per business, per day. Multiple
registrations will result in the entry being deemed invalid.
Prior to 5.00pm each Thursday during the “Entry Period”, an ACE Radio
staff member will collect all entries from each of the participating businesses.
These entries will be returned to ACE Radio, 19 Templeton Street
Wangaratta, Victoria, 3676, where one (1) entry will be selected on each
weekday during the competition call period.
Each weekday during the Competition Call Period a competition call will be
made from the pool of online entries. If the selected entry answers their
phone they will be deemed the winner of Cash Back (Between $1 - $3,000
cash back per caller) and go into the final draw for the $10,000 Lagoon 254
Spa.
If the caller does not answer, an ACE Radio Representative will pick another
random entry from the pool of entries.
The random draw will continue until an entrant answers the Competition
Call.
The competition call will be made between:
11.00am and 12.00 noon Monday - Friday during the competition period.
There will be a total of 30 finalists.
Inaudible, incomplete, incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable)
will not be eligible and will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to
disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the promoter includes any
content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or
damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.
Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than
one name in entering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in
the promotion and/or redeeming a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotion period, it is
the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or
modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the
Promoter.
Conditions The promoters decision is final and the promoter and its affiliates will not
enter into any correspondence regarding the competition result.
This prize is non transferable and not redeemable for cash.
If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years these terms and conditions
must be signed by the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian before the
prize is awarded and the prize may at the absolute discretion of the
Promoter be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian.
The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in
order to participate in the final draw:
● Drivers License
● Proof of age card
● Current Passport
● Defence Force Identification Card
The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in
connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
All entrants give permission for ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. to
advertise that they have won along with the details of the prizes - including
costs.
ACE Radio Broadcasting, their agents and affiliates will not be held liable for
any defective prizes or misuse of any prize or for any claims, liability or loss
or damage arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by ACE
Radio.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the
responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial
advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the
Promoter consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law.
Grand Draw and
Conditions
The 30 Cash Back Finalists will be invited to attend the Grand Draw of the
SPA on Wednesday 20th of December, 2017 at Poolside Wangaratta - 34
Ryley St, Wangaratta VIC 3677.
Each of the 30 finalists will be given an envelope, one lucky envelope will have
congratulations in it which will be deemed to be the winner of the Lagoon 254
Spa (Detailed below)
Proxy If a finalist cannot attend they may nominate a proxy to attend the Grand
Draw. If the winner does not provide a proxy the promoter will provide a
proxy for the Grand Draw.
A written letter of authority will be required from any person that chooses to
nominate a proxy. In the case that a person who has been nominated as a
proxy is the winner, the original finalist will be deemed the winner of the
prize.
Prize Details A brand new 7 seat Lagoon 254 - 2290 x 2290 x 900
Underwater LED Mood lighting with water purification system including a
standard Water Management System with Stainless steel jets and titanium
heater.
Not included in the spa: Bluetooth Stereo System, Premium Perimeter
Lighting, Ozone sanitation,Premium Water Management System
$3,000 in cash back calls (Between $1 - $3,000 cash back per caller)

Winners
- via mail (email);
- via telephone; and
- on air at the time of winning,

Publication Details Winners will be published on the Station Website for a minimum of 28 days
from Wednesday 20th of December, 2017.
